The hotel’s biggest strength is its location. It’s just a short walk from the beach, close to convenience stores, coffee shops, several restaurants, and around seven minutes from the MTR, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The bed was comfortable, the room included a smart TV, and there were useful dining options in the basement. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the hotel’s four-star rating. My room wasn’t cleaned properly before check-in, with hairs left in the bathtub, and the overall décor felt basic. There was no wardrobe or hanging space for clothes, the walls were thin enough to hear neighbouring rooms, and the lifts were extremely slow, with guests discouraged from using the stairs. The biggest disappointment was that hotel guests are charged an additional fee to use the swimming pool. This wasn’t made clear before booking and only became apparent after I’d already ordered a drink from the pool bar, which left a poor impression. The pool itself is also very small. Staff were generally not particularly welcoming, although one member of staff at the ticket counter was very helpful. Overall, this hotel is worth considering if location is your top priority, but I think the extra charges for facilities and the lack of attention to cleanliness and guest experience make it difficult to recommend as a four-star property.

I was satisfied with cleanliness until the last day when I noticed that my sheets had what seemed like dried blood on them. Location is amazing but that’s also why it’s a popular choice for tourists. Getting an elevator from 8-10am and 6-8ish was rough. But loved the location! Service is average, nothing to complain about but nothing exceptional either which is not a bad thing at all. Pleased with the hotel amenities fitness centre but the room amenities seemed like it was setup with just the bare minimum. Would have been nice to have a larger mirror outside the bathroom or even have a light for the small mirror inside the cabinet. Fridge was very small - could not fit takeout containers without turning them sideways. Shampoo, conditioner and body products all seemed pretty cheaply made. Shampoo didn’t even foam up and conditioner felt no different than hand soap. We’re at a different hotel now and after using their products for one night my hair actually seems healthier than when I was back home.

Very like it’s my first times to live in this kind of hotel. It’s near the beach and there are many store here
