K-Guesthouse Seomyeon 1

I really enjoyed my stay here and spent most of my time in Busan at this hotel. The room was comfortable, and overall I had a pleasant experience. One thing I would appreciate is if pajamas and toothbrushes were provided as basic amenities, as these would make the stay even more convenient for guests. Overall, I had a good experience and would consider staying here again.

Clean but a bit small， and the location was very convenient.

We stayed in this guesthouse for about a week, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations at all. I chose it because the scores were very high and the price seemed excellent, but the reality was very disappointing. The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website: the walls were dirty, the towels were old and damaged, and the bathroom had no window, which meant it took ages to dry with ventilation and smelled terrible. Even worse, the room was full of mold, which is unacceptable—especially since I’m allergic to it. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that they were not a hotel but a guesthouse, that the photos online were from five years ago when they first opened, and that no rooms were available because housekeeping had already left (even though it wasn’t even 4pm). I understand that the price was low, but I expected the reviews to be trustworthy, which they were not. Overall, I am very unsatisfied with my stay and cannot recommend this place.

The hotel was fine in general, but I feel that the price was too high for what was offered. Although there were no serious issues, the experience was disappointing and not to my liking.

Toilet stinks but overall good price-wise. The room's quite hot as you cannot have the aircon turned on at your absence.

The room is nice but has a lot of restrictions

The room smelt bad, there’s no noise insulation,the bed is rock hard and the check in guy wasn’t very helpful. You can hear everything in the common area and outside as there’s no noise insulation so I had to sleep with my AirPods on. The bed is rock hard with no padding so I had to put the blanket and some clothes from my bag as padding to try and get some sleep.

The location is good near everything. Only they dont have a big towel and the room quite small
