We were o the 12th floor, this gave us an amazing view over the bay, by day and night. The only thing was, that we couldn't cook as no kitchen supplies available, besides a huge fridge freezer a huge plus, a microwave and a kettle. We received on the next morning bottled water and fresh towels. Receptionist were really friendly and could speak just a little English which with the usage of a translator was solved. We had issues with the washing machine in our first room, which has been solved swapping to another room. Restaurants nearby and small shops too and we could park our car in the hotel garage.

Really good would come here again

Great staff and convenience store is on site. Also some nice food options. Downside is they have a pool but it costs 20 dollars to use so keep that in mind. I give the hotel 5 stars overall because the staff and room are great though. P.s. no international atm nearby so be sure to bring some cash if you’ll be in the area for a while.

It is a clean hotel located in a quiet place. It is a newly built building, so the facilities are good, and there are 3 elevators. There were quite a few places to eat around, but we went to a grilled clam restaurant on Gamji Beach. It is a distance that is not too difficult to walk around.

This is a clean and comfortable place that I use every time I go to Busan.

The lobby was a bit confusing because I entered through the entrance of the Citadines Hotel, but since there are apartments and residential complexes around, there are many convenience stores and restaurants, so it was convenient. The lobby staff were friendly and it was quite large, so it was comfortable. The residence room was clean and had an ocean view, so my child had a lot of fun. However, since there were no basic utensils, disposable utensils were a must.

The sea view is beautiful. There is a microwave in the room. There is a convenience store downstairs

The price was good, it was clean, and I was satisfied with the view of the sea. I think I'll come again next time.

I would like to thank the desk staff for their kind guidance. I am very satisfied with the clean atmosphere of the accommodation while enjoying the sea view. I would like to make a reservation again for my next trip to Busan.

I was going to go somewhere else because of the good reviews, but I booked here because of the ocean view, but I was disappointed. The room was too small, the window was too dirty to be called an ocean view, and when I sat at the table on the terrace, my eyes were on the window frame, so I couldn't see the ocean view, which was a bit absurd. The pillow covers had faces. Although it's called a residence, I thought the space wasn't utilized well because there were only unnecessary built-in furniture.

It was new, clean, and nice. It felt a little inconvenient to get around by public transportation. I had a good night.

There was a lot of hair on the floor, and I had to get out of Yeongdo to move around Yeongdo, and I made an inquiry through the app, but there was no answer and it was not delivered.
