Overall is good. Have to acknowledge this hotel giving their best as they could. Morning breakfast is included and service staff is so busy handling so many people (I suppose hotel almost full) but orderly. Food refilling fast once empty and up to standard. Variety good and spread acceptable though without much choices as place constraints. Hotel pricing under USD90 is good bargain for me with it location and surrounding access.
Good for first timer coming to Busan to experience.
Ktx station and subway station under 5 mins walk.
Located in Haeundae, this hotel is right across the street from the beach. The subway station is about a 7-8 minute walk away, and there's a bus stop nearby with connections to Gamcheon Culture Village (requires a transfer), Busan Station, and Jagalchi Market.
The complimentary breakfast offers a variety of Korean-style dishes that change daily, which is generally good (though the frozen fruit was a bit of a letdown).
Check-out is at 10:00 AM, and it can get quite busy, so the elevators might take a while. Don't rush, just take your time. They also offer free luggage storage after check-out.
Overall, it was a good experience – great location and excellent value for money.

They don't provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The front desk staff can speak Japanese, which makes communication easy. It's much cleaner than Korean hotels in the same price range, so I'd still highly recommend it, even though the location is a bit far from the subway station. You might consider other Toyoko Inn branches nearby.

The location is decent; it's very convenient and quick to get to the airport. There's no elevator at Exit 8, so it's better to use Exit 10. The breakfast spread is better than what you get in Haeundae. There are plenty of BBQ restaurants, convenience stores, and beef intestine places nearby.
