Urban Stay Serviced Apartments properties in Busan

We were very impressed with this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-organized. There was a separate bedroom and living room, with one 3-foot bed and one 5-foot bed. My friend and I stayed together and each had our own bed, which was very comfortable. The mattresses were soft and we slept very well. The living room was also very relaxing. The bathroom had a bathtub, perfect for soaking after a tiring day of walking. Shampoo, body wash, and conditioner were provided, but no toothpaste. There were large bath towels and small hair towels, as well as drinking water. The kitchen was fully equipped. Even though it was an Airbnb, the service was excellent. The staff responded to emails quickly, making guests feel reassured that they wouldn't be abandoned. I was very impressed with this accommodation.

We love the location, it is close to Haeundae Subway Station where the day tour meeting point is, and also a short walk to the beach and Haeundae market. The Blueline Park Mipo Station is about 25min walk along the beach. We booked this accommodation for the washing machine in the room. There is no service provided so to speak as we checked in on our own with the door passcode and there was no one at the reception throughout our entire stay. One thing to improve on is to provide more hangers and laundry rack at the balcony as we have trouble finding places to hang dry the washed clothes.

A very clean place to stay, highly recommended. Very clean and comfortable bed. Towels also very clean. Very near to subway exit 12 with lift. Owner provide all information before check in by email. So remember to read email a day before hand. Just can’t find the entry on day one, sign not clear as many name share same building.

I guess they overbooked because we got relocated to Urbanstay Seomyeon, but it was the best! Location-wise, I think Seomyeon was better - close to bus stop (right in front) and train - seomyeon station exit 12. Plus, there's an e-mart downstairs and other convenience stores around the corner. It's also walkable to Lotte Department Store and other shops. The hotel was clean, we had easy access to the luggage room before check-in, and it was easy to communicate with the Urbanstay team through email. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely book with them again when I visit South Korea again!

Very pleased with this enormous apartment! It was connected by skywalk to Busan station, so it was super convenient. The apartment is fully stocked with all the abilities and appliances that you need. Granted, it is not in the most touristy area, but we didn't mind.

Since it's an automated system, if you have multiple bookings or need to extend your stay, you have to check out and then check in again. The entire process is system-controlled, which often leads to communication issues. Also, the B&B doesn't provide extra blankets. We requested an additional blanket because the weather got colder in the following days and the floor mattress provided was very thin and hard, but our request was denied. On the bright side, the sea view room offers a fantastic view! Also, perhaps due to the high volume of guests, the dining table and chairs weren't very clean. The two-bedroom unit we stayed in previously was very clean though.

The hotel is perfectly situated right above Songdo Beach, offering a fantastic location! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a high-quality finish to the decor. Cleanliness is top-notch; every corner and the bathroom are spotless and odor-free. The staff are warm, attentive, and respond promptly to any issues. The absolute highlight is the breathtaking ocean view, with floor-to-ceiling windows looking directly out onto the sea – the evening coastline scenery is truly therapeutic. For a sea-view property, it offers great value for money. It's my top choice for a trip to Busan's Songdo area, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Busan!
