Bushmills Inn Hotel & Restaurant

Usual combination of friendly staff, superb service and food have made the Bushmills Inn my favourite place to get away from it all.

This hotel is very historic, yet the rooms feel updated and luxurious. Our room was quite large. The customer service was excellent!! So convenient to get to The Giant’s Causeway, Carrick-a-Rede, Ballintoy and the Bushmills Whiskey Distillery. Loved our stay!

Love visiting this charming place. Staff are very friendly and professional. I've stayed here a few times and staff always always make a point of coming over to say hello. This hotel is especially cosy in the Autumn/Winter when the turf fires are lit! Rooms are very tastefully decorated and the food is wonderful. You won't want to leave!!!

In the past, having stopped off for a beer or two, loved the ambiance of the place and thought about having a full short break at some point, finally taken last week. From check-in /out, the amazing food and drink, fantastic staff in all places, and the beautiful room we could find no fault. The bed and pillows are without a doubt the most comfy experienced on all travels. Well worth taking a trip: will be back.

Just returned from a two night stay at Bushmills Inn. Absolutely superb hotel, all the staff from the reception to the bar and dining room staff delivered service on a personal level, they were faultless. The breakfast and dinner menus and food is top notch.

Had a family lunch last weekend which I can say was very average. When we arrived there were 3 members of staff at the reception area in the restaurant. One was on a tablet & two others were discussing something together. I waited for at least 2/3minutes before another member of staff acknowledged us & we were then led to our table. Initial service was good. One of our party ordered soup as a starter which was served fairly quickly. We then waited for about 45 minutes for our food to be served, some of which was cold, steak was overcooked & there was also a side of French fries missing from our order. These finally arrived after half of our lunch was eaten. We also had to go to the bar to order another drink as there were no staff around checking on our table to see if we were happy or if we wanted anything else. The restaurant atmosphere was okay & outside area was very inviting especially as it was a beautiful day. However the service, lunch & price was not reflective of what we expected. Won’t be rushing back.

6 of us had lunch today.19th April..food tastyand service good..on the whole the experience would have been satisfactory except for one simple thing.....the dining area was too warm..quite unpleasant in fact...we asked several times to have the windows opened to let some fresh air in...staff told us that they were not allowed to do so.......I could see other customers fanning themselves..there was no air con..sometime later a member of staff did open two windows a fraction ..they were immediately closed again by another staff member....if it's like this in mid April what's it going to be like during our long hot summer??
