BBuzhidaojiaoshenmejiujiaozhegeLocation: The hotel is right in the city center, making it super convenient to get around. Taxis to all the major attractions were less than 20 minutes. Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and the room layout was well-designed. Cleanliness: The room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. Environment: The environment is fantastic, especially the lobby on the top floor. The views are incredible, offering a panoramic sight of Haikou city – it’s the perfect spot to watch the sunset. This time, I also tried the executive lounge, and the service was extremely attentive. The snacks were delicious, and the cocktails were great too! Service: During this stay, Shirley was incredibly helpful. She gave us excellent recommendations for food and activities, showing great thoughtfulness! The breakfast was also very good, maintaining a high standard. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Haikou!

Xxiyuan2The hotel's decor really captures the essence of a traditional Chinese garden, with beautiful scenery at every turn, making you feel completely immersed! Ladies who love taking photos can even wear traditional Chinese outfits for some absolutely stunning shots! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the amenities are very comfortable. The breakfast spread is also incredibly rich! It was a fantastic stay! Plus, we got to teach our children a lot about traditional culture.

HHuangchengmiaomiaoThis level of value and experience is truly rare. The decor is new but there's no unpleasant odor, and the rooms are spacious with a stylish, modern Southeast Asian design. The service is also very attentive and welcoming, including one airport pick-up or drop-off service in a comfortable minivan with massage seats. There's a restaurant on the 4th floor; I ordered a two-person meal, which was delicious and great value. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure in the city, or don't want to stay by the sea on a rainy day, this is definitely a great place to stay.

GGuest UserI stayed here two years ago, and this time it feels even better than before. The hotel is very well-maintained, with beautiful garden landscaping and a wide variety of hot springs, which are relatively clean. The hotel offers great value for money and is a perfect place for relaxation. I'll definitely come back again!

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, right by a park. Breakfast didn't have a huge variety, but the service was excellent. I was pleasantly surprised to find mineral water in the mini-bar. It was a shame I couldn't get a duty-free shop voucher, as they said it wasn't available yet since it was the beginning of the year. On the bright side, we got complimentary breakfast for extending our stay.

ZZiyouzizaizizhuzizhuThe location is great, with plenty of food, drink, and entertainment options nearby. It's about a 1km+ walk to Qilou Old Street, across the street and through the park, which takes about half an hour. The hotel's special feature is the deep well hot spring, and indeed, after showering, my skin felt incredibly smooth and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers various services like self-service laundry and airport transfers, and the breakfast is quite good. The downsides are that the bathroom had a slight odor, and there was some noise at night.

GGuest UserThe extended breakfast until noon during Chinese New Year was an absolute lifesaver for late risers like me! Being able to sleep in and then grab breakfast without any rush was fantastic. While the hotel is a bit older, it's still very convenient and comfortable. The pool has facilities for kids, and there are four hot spring pools. Staff were always present, and it never felt too crowded. A swim followed by a hot spring dip every day was incredibly relaxing. There's live singing every evening, and the hotel is very close to the beach, making it super easy to go back and forth. They even gave us complimentary popcorn! The buffet dinner was also quite good. Plus, there's an area for pets, which is a big plus for pet owners. My only wish is for more playground equipment like climbing frames within the resort – the kids enjoyed themselves so much they didn't want to leave the hotel!

GGuest UserRoom was big and the bed was huge! Location wasn’t the best as it’s quite far from the city so had to take 30-45mins ride everyday just to get to the city, and then back. Hotel is pretty old as it was built for a long time, and you do have to cross something like an express way to get the the beach which is not very convenient too. Overall pretty nice as I got it at a good deal.
