"Extremely satisfied! I originally planned to stay in Xishuangbanna for 5 days, but ended up staying for 10 because the hotel provided an excellent travel experience. The location is incredibly convenient, right in the heart of Gaoguang Xishuangjing. It's super easy to get around for shopping, dining, catching taxis, and meeting up for day tours – all just a few hundred meters away. The hotel offers great value for money. There are 4 elevators, so you barely ever have to wait. The rooms are very large and spacious, complete with a sofa, and the bathroom is also sizable. All the facilities are well-equipped and easy to use. The view from the room is a huge mood booster, offering a panoramic sight of the entire Gaoguang scenic area, including the Lancang River, the Grand Golden Pagoda, the Starlight Night Market, and Peacock City – truly delightful. The hotel service is also excellent; they offer free airport pickup and are always ready to assist with any requests. Booking Xishuangbanna tours here is even cheaper than booking on the street outside. Plus, the hotel rates are affordable, so there's no financial burden for accommodation. All in all, this hotel offers great value for money and is highly recommended."

UUlysess444The hotel's facilities and services are excellent, with many thoughtful details that really show they care about guests. The way to activate the power is unique; instead of inserting a card into a narrow slot, you place it on a tray with a groove at the bottom, which is much simpler, especially in dim lighting. There are plenty of hangers and various surfaces to place your belongings. The smart room control system is very user-friendly, allowing individual control of lights in different areas. The 'disposable' slippers are fantastic – clean, comfortable, and environmentally friendly. The room has a mix of wooden flooring and small area rugs, offering the comfort of a carpet while being easy to keep clean, which is much better than fully carpeted rooms. The toilet is the best I've encountered in a hotel; the heated seat is just the right temperature, not too hot, and the flush is quiet yet very effective. While the wide front of the seat and the automatic sensor for opening and closing the lid aren't groundbreaking features, they significantly enhance the user experience. The shower controls are a bit unique, with two separate switches for the handheld and overhead showerheads. This means you can't control water flow and temperature simultaneously, but you get used to it. If I had to pick a flaw, it would be the toilet paper – it lacks elasticity and tears easily.

MM18908****This hotel is a hidden gem! I booked a special offer room, and they assigned us a cave-themed room. My girlfriend absolutely loved it, and it was perfect for photos. The service was excellent, with free airport pickup and complimentary breakfast. The room even had coffee and Pu'er tea, and it was immaculately clean. The only minor thing is that there's no window, but with the air conditioning and fresh air system, it wasn't an issue at all. The room was very quiet. Downstairs, there are electric scooter rentals, a supermarket, and all sorts of local eateries. Highly recommend!

DDanxiexingfuThe hotel isn't on the main street. Let's start with the positives: the room is large, it offers great value for money, the facilities are quite good, and the staff are friendly. The front desk is also very responsive via WeChat. On the downside: breakfast is very mediocre, and if you go 40 minutes before closing, there's hardly anything left and they don't replenish it. Projecting onto the screen is too complicated. Also, I asked for clothes hangers for three days but never received them. These are all areas that could be improved, and if they were, the hotel would be even better. Because the price is very fair, I'm still giving it a 5-star rating, and the cons won't deduct from that.

GGuest UserPros: The balcony offers a beautiful view with lots of trees and fresh air. We even saw small squirrels occasionally. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options in the morning, and the restaurant manager and staff were very service-oriented and provided excellent service.
Cons: The light switches in the room were a bit complicated, and even with the lights on, it still felt dim. The toiletries didn't include a shower cap or a vanity kit. The balcony railings and mirror frame were dusty to the touch. What was most incomprehensible, however, was the front desk service. When checking in, I repeated the guest's name three or four times, but the lady at the front desk still couldn't remember it. At the time, I just thought she might have a poor memory. But later, I needed some Chinese New Year-themed props for a work video and didn't have time to buy them, so I went to the hotel front desk to borrow some. Coincidentally, it was the same lady. She said, ”Sorry, we don't have any.” I pointed out that they were displayed all over the hotel and asked if I could borrow some if they had extra. She replied that it was handled by another department and that the front desk didn't have them. And that was it. She seemed completely unconcerned. At that moment, my family happened to be dining in the restaurant. After speaking with the restaurant staff, the restaurant manager immediately agreed to lend us the props displayed outside their restaurant. What is the core of hotel service? I think the lady with the bob haircut at the front desk needs to learn this properly; this level of service doesn't match the hotel's star rating.

GGuest UserThe room facilities were actually quite well-maintained, not as old as I had imagined. Our butler, Victoria, upgraded us to a family room beforehand, which my child loved, especially the Ultraman theme. However, we had to switch rooms because of noise from the neighbors and upstairs.
The breakfast's wide rice noodles were delicious, and the à la carte dishes at the Chinese restaurant were also good. But the Jingpo hand-grabbed rice set from the package was really unappetizing.
In the evening, the hotel had a bonfire party, which my child thoroughly enjoyed. It was quite lively.
However, the activity experiences at the hotel were very disappointing. We tried making Dai pottery and painting umbrellas, but there were no aprons for the kids, and the staff provided no guidance whatsoever, basically ignoring us. When making the Dai pottery, the clay was a bit dry, and I wanted to add some water. The staff member impatiently said that adding water would make a mess and be too dirty. I can only say that this person is not suitable for this position.

GGuest UserAlthough Xi Shuang Ban Na UrCove claims they are a smoke-free hotel, from what I have seen this is not really true. I suggest People who are allergic to cigarette smoke or have health issues related to cigarette smoke definitely go somewhere else. I saw guests as well as hotel employees openly smoking in the front lobby of this hotel. Front desk clerks and supervisor saw this but not only said nothing to the offenders but when I complained about this, the front desk clerk ignored me and glared at me for complaining.
Bedroom: very spacious and clean. beddings and sheets were very clean and comfortable.
Toilet: was a very new style and with a temperature toilet seat
Shower area: It was a disaster. The glass panel dividing the toilet and the shower area was poorly installed, so water from the shower area leaked everywhere. It was quite dangerous because the floor outside the shower was a smooth piece of floor tile. My wife almost slipped and fell down. We immediately told the front desk that night, and all they did was send someone to wipe up the water that's all. There was no follow-up after that.
Breakfast: This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever been to regarding breakfast. The majority of the breakfast items were Chinese food which I have no complaints about, although I do not eat Chinese breakfast. The biggest problem was, when we went for breakfast after 9:15 am there were lots of emptied food containers and plates which was used to hold breakfast food items. Breakfast was supposed to end at 10:00 am. 9:15 am NO croissant, Not even a simple slice of bread which I can make toast with. I also checked the Chinese food items and lots of containers were emptied as well. I then went to ask a staff where I could at least get a piece of bread. Her answer was, there isn't anymore sliced bread and what you see is what you get. There was hardly anything to eat?!?!?! I was furious and I demanded to have a couple of pieces of sliced bread. In the end, kitchen staff Mr. Wang came to my rescue and cooked me and my wife each two fried eggs. On top of it, Mr. Wang went out to get me sliced bread from outside the hotel so that my wife will at least have something to eat for breakfast. On the second day of breakfast, there was no coffee after 9:15 am as the coffee machine went into cleaning mode for at least half an hour. The chief of Chef did end up helping me to get a cup of coffee but from what I can see, this hotel is NOT ready to receive international guests.
Totally disappointed in the Urcove Xi Shuang Ban Na. Totally not the Hyatt standard at all. I really believe Hyatt management in Texas really should not take the risk of damaging their great brand by letting this hotel be branded with Hyatt's Name. The way this Xi Shuang Ban Na Urcove is operating, they are worse than locally managed/owned hotels.
尽管西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店称他们是一家无烟酒店，但就我所见，事实并非如此。我建议对香烟过敏或对香烟烟雾有健康问题的人一定不能入住。我亲眼看到客人和酒店员工在这家酒店的大堂公开吸烟。前台工作人员和主管看到了这一幕，不但没有对违规者劝喻或警告，而当我对此提出投诉时，前台工作人员不答理我，还瞪了我一眼！！！
评价酒店已下部门：
卧室：非常宽敞干净。床上用品和床单非常干净舒适。
厕所：非常新式，配有恒温马桶座
淋浴区：简直是一场灾难。分隔厕所和淋浴区的玻璃板安装不当，所以淋浴区的水到处漏水。这是非常危险的事，因为淋浴外的地板是一块光滑的地砖。我的妻子差点滑倒。我们当晚立即告诉前台，他们所做的只是派人擦干水而已。之后就没再跟进。
早餐：这是我住过最差的酒店。大部分早餐都是中餐，虽然我不吃中式早餐，但我也没有抱怨。最大的问题是，我们早上 9:15 之后去吃早餐，有很多空的食物容器和盘子，早餐盘很多是空的。早餐应该在 10:00 结束。9:15 已经没有羊角包，甚至连一片可以用来烤土司的面包都没有。我还检查了中餐食物，发现很多容器也被清空了。然后我去问工作人员，我可以在哪里找到一片面包。她的回答是，没有切片方包了，你看到的就只这些。没有其他的可以食！！！！我非常生气，重新要求几片切片面包。最后，厨房工作人员王先生给我们帮忙，他给我和我妻子每人煎了两个鸡蛋。王先生还从酒店外面帮我拿了切片面包，这样我和妻子至有点早餐可以食。第二天早餐时，早上 9:15 之后就没有咖啡了，因为咖啡机进行自动清洗，至少半个小时处于清洁模式。主厨最终帮我拿了一杯咖啡，但在我看来，这家酒店根本没有准备好接待国际旅客。
这次景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店入住经验非常差。完全不符合凯悦的标准。我真的认为凯悦管理层不应该冒险让这家酒店打上凯悦的名字，从而损害他们的品牌形象。这家 西双版纳景洪告荘星光夜市逸扉酒店 的经营及管理模式，比当地管理/当地投资的酒店还远远不如。凯悦Hyatt 总公司真应该尽快管理好这家酒店免得影响Hyatt 品牌。

GGuest UserAmazing Stay at Lushan Xishang Banshan Hotel in Xishuangbanna! Highly Recommend!
I recently stayed at Lushan Xishang Banshan Hotel during my trip to Xishuangbanna, and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, the service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind, always going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable.
They took excellent care of me, washing my clothes, tidying up my room every day, and providing me with the cleanest, most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in. My room had a fantastic hot tub, and I loved soaking in it while watching the scenic views of the city. The bright lights from the buildings lit up the skyline at night, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect spot to unwind.
The breakfast was also fantastic — a great way to start each day with a variety of delicious options. One of the highlights was the late check-out, which really made my departure stress-free.
A huge part of my experience was the driver the hotel recommended for me. Not only was he an excellent driver, but he also became like a brother to me. He genuinely cared about my safety and helped interpret for me at the markets, which was a huge help. We spent the day visiting great restaurants and shopping spots, and his joy and enthusiasm made the whole experience so much more enjoyable. He also took me to some famous religious landmarks, where I got to experience the local culture and history in a way I never would have without his guidance. His kindness and attention to detail made my trip feel even more special.
This amazing service was all arranged by the hotel, and I’m so grateful for their recommendation. They really made sure I had everything I needed, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff's warmth, the wonderful driver, and the beautiful amenities made my trip truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Xishuangbanna for a vacation!

Rraymond200909On the positive side, the hotel has quite a few recreational facilities, and the room amenities are decent and relatively new.
On the negative side, the biggest problem is the excessive dampness in the room. It was uncomfortable to sleep in, and although the hotel changed the bedding, it didn't help much. This might be due to the humid air during the rainy season in Xishuangbanna, but two things puzzled me: 1) The front desk said no one else had reported this issue before. 2) I stayed at three hotels during this trip, and Zhucheng was the third. The other two were right next to Zhucheng, and their rooms didn't feel noticeably damp.
Also, the hotel room didn't pay enough attention to some details. The sofa arrangement prevented the curtains from closing completely automatically; I had to manually close them. The refrigerator was also quite noisy, which affected my sleep.

GGuest UserWe are a family traveling and booked 3 rooms for 3 days. We contacted the hotel front desk Xiao Li in advance before we arrived at the hotel. Xiao Li patiently told us the navigation and the underground free parking lot. Everything went smoothly when we checked in. He also told us some usage operations. There is Xiaodu in the room, which can control the air conditioner, switch the curtains and lights, as well as the projector, refrigerator, washing machine, smoke extractor, etc. It is really good.

SStanley The Travel ManThe room was pretty clean. The cleaning lady replaced my towels on most days with one exception which was fine as there were other towels which I put in front of the shower. The garbage was emptied daily. The room is bright with light switches are available bedside. 306 has a bath tub in the living room. Who takes a bath in the living room ?
The pictures for that room needs to be improved with better description. Rooms with bath tub should be stated as such and room with sofa so the guests won’t get a room with a bath tub in the living room when they expect to have a sofa. Luckily for me that type of room was available.
I had room 307 which faces the back of the building and it wasn’t as noisy as the ones facing the street. Those rooms have the problem of hearing the drivers using their horns and by night music from the night market. With the windows close it isn’t bad.
One problem which can be improved is the receptionist. I checked in on Jan 12 and checked out Jan 15. There was this lady with glasses and another one on Jan 12 and then mostly I saw the one with glasses. She was there day and night. She wasn’t that helpful nor friendly . Every question was replied but rather unhappily it seemed. She didn’t behave like she likes her job. I even thought about leaving because of her. But on the last day, Jan 15 at 7:30 am when I checked out , a lady with surname Yi was working. She was an angel. She said breakfast is also ready, why don’t you stay and offered which I thought was very nice of her. She smiled a lot and told I felt she was very accommodating and helpful. She was trying to help in every respect and even waited with me a bit for my DiDi. I think she exemplifies good service.
I also like the tea as my parting gift.
I think that receptionist is an disappointment which isn’t a big problem with better training but other than her, everyone and everything were almost perfect.
