"The location is excellent. It is easy to find and situated in the city center. It is also close to the Ancient City and Songchanlin Temple (within 4km?). Anyway, I traveled by city bus (the bus stop is also nearby). There are many restaurants in the area as well. It turned out to be quite a large hotel. The facilities are standard for this hotel brand. I personally like places like this that are run efficiently. It seemed to be well-maintained, and the room was spotless. I didn't have any special requests regarding service, but when I asked a few questions, the staff answered very sincerely and kindly. I recommend it."

"This hotel was a super pleasant surprise on my trip, and even though I rarely write reviews, I have to leave a good one! Service: Friendly and proactive, they even helped with my luggage. Facilities: I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the room – smart toilet, smart curtains, very new. They said it was renovated last year, and it really looks just like the promotional pictures!! Location: It’s also well-located, reachable by bus from the old town."

1. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the service is warm and attentive. Very satisfied! 2. The hotel has a great location, convenient transportation, spacious rooms, and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended. 3. The receptionist (XX Xiang) is beautiful, sweet, and kind. It would be a shame if she stopped working here!

The hotel environment is incredibly clean and tidy, and the room layout is cozy and comfortable, with soft and breathable bedding. The front desk service was also warm and attentive, responding quickly to any requests. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and it's very close to various scenic spots with beautiful views. Right after landing, a driver was arranged to pick us up. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to Songzanlin Monastery, and you can even see it from the rooftop. Taxis are also very convenient. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary fruit platter. The room had floor heating, which was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was very soft, making it perfect for staying with elderly family members or children. It completely exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also rich and varied. The hotel even has charging stations and a huge parking lot, making parking easy. There's also a gym on the 5th floor. Absolutely exceeded all expectations!

This takeout place is amazing! The packaging is tight, and it arrived piping hot. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the price/performance ratio is fantastic! The owner even included a small drink, which was so heartwarming! The food is fresh and authentic, and I immediately bookmarked the place after eating! The delivery guy is also super helpful, fast and friendly. I'll definitely be buying from you again!

Our old couple, including my daughter (another room for Ren), first of all we are very satisfied with this hotel, we came to this hotel in Shangri-La for the first time, my daughter who stayed in room 406 at one o'clock in the middle of the night suddenly lacked oxygen, the staff of the shop helped us invite 120, I went to the hospital with my daughter, I was dizzy with good physical strength, I also took oxygen in the hospital for 2 hours, okay. At about 6 o'clock in the morning, my lover (75 years old) in room 402 was also starved of oxygen. The staff of the shop helped to help 120 ambulance doctors together, and carried my old lover downstairs and went to the hospital for treatment. The front desk of the shop helped us check out early. I felt that the service attitude of the hotel was very good. Our whole family thanked them very much and thank you.

It's a new hotel with new equipment and everything. It's very clean, with good supplies, and the front desk service is also very good. The breakfast is also delicious, especially the rice noodles and fried broccoli. I like it very much. It's not far from Dukezong, about 4 kilometers, and it only takes 10-12 minutes by taxi. I would rather take a taxi and stay in a new one than to stay in the old one in the ancient city. In fact, Shangri-La is not a big city. It's easy to get a taxi. It's very close to Songzanlin. The ticket hall is within 200 meters. And when you live in Shangri-La, especially in autumn and winter, you must have floor heating. It really makes you feel super happy! The floor heating is awesome! Recommended

The room is very quiet, the environment is OK, and the hygiene is good; overall it is good, the price is affordable, and there is no need to pay a deposit, you can just pay as much as you want.
