This hotel offers self check-in, which is very convenient. The furniture and bathroom are also very clean. Having a super-sized fridge and a washing machine is a huge plus. The bed is super comfortable, not too firm. It's also very quiet at night. Every day, the housekeeper messages to ask if we need cleaning or any amenities. There's also a dryer and luggage storage service on the 15th floor. The room comes with disposable towels, toiletries, and slippers. Basic tea supplies are also provided.

Our stay was incredibly pleasant, and I have to give a special shout-out to Annie at the front desk. Her service was warm and attentive; she processed our check-in efficiently and even thoughtfully upgraded us to a sea-view room for free. The room offered expansive views, with the seascape completely unobstructed – it truly created a wonderful atmosphere for enjoying the scenery. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning wasn't very effective. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanwei.

Overall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

I canceled my high-speed rail reservation, but I was pleasantly surprised! First, they sent us information and a route map before check-in, which is truly commendable! The hotel also upgraded me to a high floor for free. Maybe I look like Daniel Wu? Who knows the value of a high-rise view for over 100 square meters? Secondly, their sanitation and amenities are simply amazing! It's incredibly clean! We had a few minor hiccups after check-in, but the hotel patiently communicated with us, responding to every call and message immediately to resolve our issues. It was incredibly reassuring to feel valued! We also loved the king-size and twin-size lofts we booked. When we finally checked out, she was still concerned about our safety, which was truly heartwarming! It's only three minutes from the high-speed rail station. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay! It was a truly wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back with friends next time!!!

This hotel is absolutely perfect for visiting Shanwei! Very friendly staff is welcoming and always ready to help. Bed is very comfortable and shower is strong with always enough hot water. It's clean and tidy. Hotel is perfectly located on the best spot for foodies in Erma Lu. The sea is also nearby in walking distance foe a nice stroll in the morning or evening. Food around hotel is absolutely amazing. Highly recommended! Thank you to all staff fo their kindness 🙏🏻

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. From the moment I entered the lobby until check-out, everything was pleasant and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent natural light and ventilation, so I slept very soundly. The front desk service was also warm and attentive; they were quick to respond and helpful whenever I had an issue. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The decor is luxurious and grand. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu, even upgraded my room, which made my stay so comfortable. We stayed in Shanwei for a couple of nights and picked this hotel. The rooms were spacious, and the hotel also offered self serve laundry, buffet breakfast (for purchase), and a small gym. Two complaints - we did see a cockroach (which was promptly dealt with), and the smoke smell in rooms. It would be very good if they could designate smoke free rooms. Overall i would recommend

The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. My stay was comfortable and pleasant, very satisfying, and definitely recommendable!

The room was spotless, and the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I could see the ocean and hear the waves right from my room. There was mosquito repellent provided, and once plugged in, there were no mosquitoes. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, which is very convenient. After coming back from the beach, there's a foot-washing station at the hotel, so the facilities are excellent. Hot water was also available at the front desk.
