"From the moment I walked in, every staff member was incredibly friendly. It was my first time staying at a hotel where I truly felt at home, rather than just receiving a standard service. The coffee bar was meticulously organized and spotless, even though there were quite a few guests during my two-day stay. This cleanliness really shows how attentive and careful each staff member is. My room was bright and absolutely spotless, and the bed was neatly made with no strange odors. Xinjiang is truly wonderful, and I feel so lucky to have stayed at this hotel. Every day I was here, the sky was clear and sunny, but as I was leaving today, it started to rain. Just on the side of the road, very easy to find, there is a parking lot is also very convenient. The boss enthusiastically moved us, not only helped us upgrade the parent-child room, but also arranged for someone to help us deliver the luggage to the room. There were six bottles of water in a room, and we took four more bottles of water. Because there were children, we had to install a kettle the next day. The boss asked us to take a few bottles and repeatedly explained that we wanted to drink hot water. The room is clean, the toilet is equipped with a disposable toilet cover, smart home, very warm design, and a large terrace where you can see the scenery. Will come to live next time. Push!

Five people in the same group, the front desk also upgraded the three-bed room for free, the room is fully equipped, clean, the security uncle and the front desk are very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, there is a big oolong in the middle, go to the scenic spot accidentally lost the room card, the front desk is very patient to help us explain, We also helped us make up the room card for free. It is really safe to encounter such a hotel during the trip. If you come to Nalati and Kurd Ning to play, I highly recommend this hotel! ! (ps: The hotel's breakfast is also very good, all hot mouths have just been released! !)

GGuest UserThis is the best homestay I have ever stayed in since I came to Xinjiang. It has a very advantageous location, with the Gongren River in front and the beautiful sky grassland opposite. The room is very clean and tidy. The boss is very considerate and puts a small bag of laundry detergent on the sink. The room is also specially equipped with a clothes hanger, which is very convenient for drying clothes. It is also equipped with a disposable toilet cover, a disposable bath towel set, and bedding, shower gel, shampoo, and toothbrushes are all standard at Atour. The pillows are especially comfortable. Sitting across from the big platform at night and looking at the grassland river, with the sky full of stars, it was a dreamy feeling, and it really lived up to its reputation as ”Beyond the Sky”. The Kazakh girl recommended to us the Xinjiang local specialty big plate chicken, and the mutton skewers grilled for us by the barbecue chef were very fresh! We drank Xinjiang Da Wusu and there was a KTV on the large terrace where we could sing! It is really worth recommending! We'll be back next year!

The space is oversized, transparent and bright, the style is full of exquisite decoration and the atmosphere is excellent. The front desk staff is particularly enthusiastic and responds promptly. The customer service is clean, the bedding is soft, and the rest is particularly stable. I will choose here next time I stay!

GGuest UserThe room is big and new without any peculiar smell. There are many delicious foods nearby. The security uncle downstairs is also very enthusiastic. I especially want to give a chicken drumstick to the lady with the 017 badge in the restaurant. Because of the tight schedule, we got up early and arrived at the restaurant at 8:15, thinking that there would be breakfast, but the restaurant only had breakfast at 8:30. The lady enthusiastically packed fruits and hot eggs for us and told us not to go hungry on the way. It felt like family! It was really heartwarming🥰!

FFuxiudehuyangOverall, it was just okay. The only thing I liked was the mattress—it's the firm mattress I prefer! Cleanliness was so-so; there was something resembling chewing gum by the bed, and scraps of paper in the foot bath. The facilities were alright; the overall style was that of an old three-star hotel. Perhaps because it was on a good floor, the water pressure was very low. The bathroom smelled like sewage. I originally thought that as a four-star hotel, and a well-established three-star hotel, there wouldn't be any product discrepancies, but the complimentary fruit was very different from the picture. I hope they maintain consistency! I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The service was good, and the overall efficiency was quite high! One complaint: since they used a robot, why make the front desk call me? Their robot arrived at the door, and the front desk called to inform me—a bit outdated! Finally, one more complaint: since checkout was at 4 PM, why call me at 1 PM to ask if I wanted to extend my stay? That was too early.
