"The hotel is located in the Pengrui Zhuhai Aowan Century Center Building at Gongbei Port in Zhuhai. I originally booked a舒睡特大双床房 (Shuishui King Twin Room) but was upgraded to a Cloud View Twin Room upon check-in, on the 39th floor, which is the highest floor of the building. The sunset view was absolutely stunning! Many thanks to the hotel for providing a room type that exceeded my expectations. The main front desk is on the 35th floor, and there's also a 24-hour reception on the 6th floor. They offer complimentary freshly ground coffee and ice cream, which was a fantastic touch. I stayed for two nights, on March 25th and 27th. The only slightly inconvenient thing was the elevators. Since the building is a commercial one, it's shared with other tenants, and the elevators are divided into low, mid, and high zones, with not all elevators accessible from both the left and right entrances. I had to fiddle with them a few times every time I went to either the 6th or 35th-floor reception because I wasn't familiar with the system."

RRunrunmamaaiwandexiaochangThe Zhuhai Jinwan Huafa Marriott is absolutely stunning! It's definitely the pinnacle of luxury hotels in Jinwan. The hotel boasts incredibly lavish decor and an exceptional design aesthetic. The sky lobby on the 22nd floor offers breathtaking views. Our room had panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views, looking directly at the Jinwan Art Center (shaped like a butterfly) and Central Park. During the day, we enjoyed the lush lake scenery, and at night, the city lights were truly mesmerizing and therapeutic. The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a three to five-minute walk to Huafa Shangdu, where you can find everything for dining and shopping. In the evenings, you can also catch the musical fountain show, which really enhances the atmosphere. The service is attentive, the facilities are brand new, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It offers fantastic value for money and absolutely lives up to the Marriott standard. If you're staying in Zhuhai Jinwan, this is the place to be. Don't even think twice, I highly recommend it!

HHaianniFacilities: Comprehensive and well-equipped. Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Good. Service: Excellent. We paid to upgrade to a suite, which was fantastic. It had a long sofa in the outer room and a king-sized bed in the inner room, plus two bathrooms, so family members didn't disturb each other. The toilet, shower, and bathtub in the bathroom were all separate, making it very convenient to use, and the bathtub was large and super comfortable. The water temperature was great. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos of the room. Upon check-in, we received complimentary snacks, which tasted exceptionally good, and our child loved them. Breakfast was also good and quite extensive. For someone from the north, the flavors were a bit on the mild side. There's a pool table in the lobby on the first floor, which is a nice option if you're waiting. All the staff members were very friendly. Special thanks to the front desk staff who checked us in and the bellhops who helped with our luggage.

GGuest UserCame to Chimelong with friends for a vacation, and after comparing several hotels, we ultimately chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel. Staying here confirmed it was absolutely the right decision. The entire check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very efficient. The hotel's public areas were spotlessly clean and felt uncluttered. The landscaping was also very thoughtfully designed, making it easy to take great photos everywhere, and just strolling around felt very pleasant. The room facilities were all new and immaculately cleaned, with a full set of toiletries provided, so there was no need to bring our own extras. What I liked most was the hotel's convenient transportation; there are direct shuttles to all the different parks, saving us the hassle of taking taxis and navigating ourselves. The service was also just right – not overly enthusiastic to make you uncomfortable, but always prompt and helpful when needed. Whether asking about sightseeing routes or hotel facilities, we always received satisfactory answers. There were no flashy gimmicks, just a genuinely comfortable experience that made our stay relaxing and effortless, perfectly meeting our vacation needs. Overall, everything was well-balanced with no obvious shortcomings. It's highly recommended, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Chimelong.

YYangyangdeqingwaAngsana is a great value-for-money resort. Before our arrival, Cheryl had already contacted us to confirm our preferences and requests. The hotel lobby is small but exquisitely designed, blending Chinese and Western styles, creating a very comfortable ambiance. The front desk staff were very friendly in their introductions and answered all our questions. Even the cleaning staff in the hallway were very polite and approachable. The hotel room itself is cozy, comfortable, and spacious, with a separate wet and dry area. The thoughtful addition of a washbasin in the toilet is a very user-friendly design. The mattress had just the right balance of softness and firmness, which felt great. The hotel also has a bar with live singers, which has a nice atmosphere and stays open until 11:30 PM. The breakfast options were abundant and high-quality, and it lasted until 11 AM, which was very convenient. Overall, the experience was fantastic, and it's definitely a hotel worth revisiting.

The lobby has a wonderful penguin theme, is spacious and bright, with great natural light and good ventilation. Our room was also spacious and bright, with a pleasant lighting ambiance. When the kids got tired, we could always pop back to the hotel for a rest, and in the evenings, we could leisurely walk back to watch the fireworks. The transportation was convenient, with frequent shuttle buses to the Spaceship Theme Park. There were tons of entertainment facilities, and the kids' play area was safe and fun – my children couldn't get enough of it. As for dining, the hotel's breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western dishes, and there was even a special section for kids. The Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant was a unique and fun experience, allowing us to dine while watching penguins. The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. The luggage storage service was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also provides a dedicated butler service; our butler was excellent, answering all our questions and solving problems promptly. A major highlight is the hotel's direct, shaded, and cool shortcut to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom. This saved us from a long, exposed walk in the sun, and we really appreciated this small detail. The Penguin Hotel really excels in every aspect. The hotel also boasts numerous entertainment facilities, including a gym, a foot spa, and a kids' soft play area. Our trip to Chimelong Hotel was truly a perfect vacation experience.

GGuest UserOur first stop for Easter was a three-day trip to Zhuhai Chimelong Resort, and the most satisfying part of our stay was definitely the Hyatt Regency Hengqin! A special thank you to Nelly and Aurora for their incredibly thoughtful service. 💕 The hotel is located right inside the Innovalley shopping mall in Hengqin New District, and the accommodation experience was far superior to the hotels within the Chimelong park itself! They offer a shuttle bus service to and from Chimelong 🚌, with frequent departures and a journey time of about 10 minutes, which is super convenient. I booked a themed package during the Double Eleven sale, costing around 500 RMB per person, making it arguably the best value option for families with kids in Hengqin [thumbs up R]. Breakfast 🍲🍱 was both plentiful and delicious, and my child couldn't stop raving about it~ The room package I purchased included several practical benefits all in one go, such as tickets to the National Geographic Explorer Center 🎫, an afternoon tea treat 🧇🍰, and the shuttle bus service 🚌. The room itself was simple yet elegant, with comfortable bedding and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, plus a bathtub 🛁 which the little ones absolutely loved. The hotel also has a shallow pool, a ball pit, an indoor kids' play area (for a fee), and an outdoor climbing frame – a complete set of recreational facilities, making it perfect for a one-stop family vacation. During Easter, there were also many craft activities, which we thoroughly enjoyed!

QQiancaoranyangI stayed for two days over the weekend, my second time here. The hotel's location is super convenient for Hengqin Port. Getting to Macau is easy; you can take a bus after customs to Cotai West (Venetian), A-Ma Temple, etc. (you'll need to transfer at Lotus Station for some routes). The dining and reading lounge on the fifth floor is quiet and comfortable (though the rooms don't have desks), giving it a real study-like vibe (but it gets a bit dim at night). It's also a short walk, less than ten minutes, to the Starbucks by the port, which is great for grabbing coffee. Overall, it was a good experience. Plus, right across the street is a popular Hengqin网红打卡地 (internet-famous photo spot).

The hotel's design is stunning, featuring extensive use of marble, crystal chandeliers, and grand oil paintings, exuding an old-money, luxurious style. The entire hotel is beautiful, a true work of art! Breakfast was also quite good, plentiful and delicious! GGuest UserWe specifically chose this newer Marriott for our family trip with kids. The facilities are indeed quite new, and the room is spacious. Our sea-view room offered a direct view of Zhuhai Fisher Girl. The gym facilities are particularly noteworthy, with precise equipment for various muscle groups, such as the rowing machine for back exercises and the pec deck for chest and shoulder workouts, which are rarely found in typical hotel gyms. The outdoor pool is also fantastic. The only minor drawback is that there are no showers on the 5th floor where the gym is located, so you have to go to the 6th floor to shower after your workout. We didn't go out one morning and encountered Auntie Meng on the 21st floor, who was incredibly helpful. Her service during the Chinese New Year period was very warm and thoughtful, making us feel thoroughly looked after. To be frank, breakfast was just average, with not many varieties. What really brought down the experience was that the breakfast restaurant didn't dissuade or refuse service to guests wearing room slippers. While most guests weren't wearing slippers, these few slipper-wearing individuals instantly lowered the hotel's standard, making it feel less like a five-star hotel. I urge the hotel to pay special attention to this; details determine quality. As we were leaving, we caught the hotel's lion dance performance to welcome the God of Wealth, which was a nice touch of good fortune and prosperity! Overall, if it weren't for the slipper incident, my review would have been quite positive.

It's very convenient to get to Ocean Kingdom and Spaceship Park from the breakfast area on the first floor; just turn left and it's about a seven or eight-minute walk. Turning right will get you to Chimelong Theatre and Kaka Theatre even faster, in about three or four minutes, which is super convenient. We bought a package deal that included unlimited entry to both parks, plus the Chimelong Show, Kaka Tiger Show, and breakfast. You can also upgrade regular show tickets directly at the front desk. Food delivery can be brought to the right side of the lobby, but you need to meet the delivery person in person. It's only a ten-minute drive from Hengqin Port, making it very convenient for a trip to Macau the next day.
