The hotel location is just near to train station. Room cleaning service need to improve, as the compliments water supposingly shall be refill for customer but the room service didn't do so for two nights.

I decided to write this review in English so that as many people as possible around the world can read it, because this hotel truly deserves to be known. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every single member of the staff was incredibly kind, warm, and professional. Their genuine hospitality made our honeymoon even more special, and we felt sincerely welcomed throughout our entire stay. When they found out we were celebrating our honeymoon, they surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. It wasn’t just an upgrade—it was such a thoughtful and heartfelt gesture that truly touched us. It showed how much they genuinely care about their guests. The room itself was absolutely spotless. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, but I can honestly say this was one of the cleanest and most comfortable rooms I’ve ever experienced. Everything was perfectly maintained, and every detail reflected the high standards of the hotel. One of my favorite details was that the amenities were from Byredo. It was such a luxurious touch and made the entire experience feel even more premium. The biggest surprise came after we returned from sightseeing. Waiting for us in our room was a beautiful and delicious cake with “Happy Honeymoon” written on it. It was completely unexpected and made us feel so appreciated. Moments like these are what turn a great hotel stay into an unforgettable memory. If I ever come back to Rome, I won’t even consider staying anywhere else. I will absolutely choose Nobu Hotel again without hesitation. I also hope more Korean travelers discover this hotel. Surprisingly, it isn’t very well known among Koreans yet, but it truly deserves much more recognition. Having stayed at quite a few luxury 5-star hotels, I can confidently say that this was one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For me, it was a perfect 10 out of 10. I genuinely couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Every detail, every service, and every interaction exceeded my expectations. The location is fantastic! It's tucked away in an alley just opposite the Colosseum, and some of the hotel rooms even offer views of it. You can walk to the Colosseum in just 3-5 minutes from the front door. Keep walking a bit further, and you'll reach iconic sights like Piazza Venezia and the Trevi Fountain. There's even a Roman Holiday-themed scene right outside the entrance. The fourth photo clearly shows the Colosseum from the hotel window. The front desk service was good, and the cleanliness was also acceptable. My only minor complaint is that the bathroom shower is quite small, so it's easy to splash water out and get the bedroom carpet wet. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

I stayed for four nights in a king room. This place is comparable to a budget hotel like Hanting Express in China. The price was over 2000 for a free-cancellation booking including breakfast for two. Upon checkout, they charged a city tax of 7.5 per person and tried to charge a 12 Euro service fee per night, which I firmly refused. This was the only hotel out of my dozen-plus nights in Italy that tried to charge a service fee. It's a 5-minute walk from the train station and an 8-minute walk from the M1 metro line. After sunset, the area felt quite unsafe, so be careful of potential snatch-and-grab incidents. The room was very quiet, and the breakfast was decent. The bar staff were enthusiastic and helped us get filtered water every day. Most importantly, I'm incredibly grateful for the Chinese-speaking customer service, Kelly! She helped us a lot. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome!

The hotel is near the subway, but it's a bit of a walk. Even from the closest subway exit, it takes some time to reach the hotel. There's a lobby with a bar. The room isn't large. There's no heating in the room, but there is air conditioning. The bathroom has neither heating nor AC, so showering in winter could be quite cold. Some rooms have a balcony. The room comes with a safe and a mini-fridge. However, there's no coffee maker or kettle. There's no sofa in the room, just a very small desk. The sink in the bathroom was leaking a bit; I woke up to find water on the floor. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety of options. And the coffee was quite good.

An absolute traveler's triumph!

Very well placed, just next to the Termini Station, in a very calm and safe street. Big hotel, 6 floors. Restaurant and bar on the top floor with a nice terrace and view. Nice decoration. A lot of large and cozy spaces where to sit in the public area. Great breakfast. Rooms are correct for the price. I highly recommend it.

Hotel Caravel is a few blocks away from Stazione Garbatella. The staff speak Spanish, English, and Italian (probably other languages as well). I had the pleasure to stay at Caravel for seven days with my father and they were very accommodating to his needs (such as keeping his laptop safe and providing him with an electric kettle for a night time cup of tea). They also have electric plug adaptors, and they offer third party laundry services. The hotel has accessible ramps, and the venue has a clothes store, bar, breakfast bar and restaurant. The breakfast buffet is very varied with some food items made in-house. I hope I get to stay with them next time I visit Rome. My favorite breakfast (which I had almost every day) is seen in this picture.

Traveling to Rome, I unexpectedly booked this Ibis, which is exceptionally good value. It is less than a kilometer walk from the subway. The hotel is next to a quiet community on a high ground. It is very quiet, and people are running in the early morning. The transportation is convenient, and the nearby bus and light rail are good to go everywhere. The key is that the breakfast is particularly rich. There is a Chinese restaurant opened by Wenzhou people next to the subway station. Occasionally, you can adjust your stomach. It is not expensive and quite authentic. I went out to play in Pompeii for a day, and the luggage was stored in the hotel. The service was also very good. It will still be my first choice next time I come.

Overall, a great hotel! The location is fantastic – just a straight walk down the main commercial street from Termini Station, about 10 minutes or less on foot. From Termini, you can catch two metro lines to the Colosseum and Vatican, and it also offers direct connections to the airport and cities like Florence. There's an excellent restaurant downstairs that serves incredibly authentic Italian food, far superior to the tourist trap places in the main tourist areas. I highly recommend their Italian seafood risotto! The room was a bit small; we could barely open two suitcases, and once open, there was hardly any space to walk around. Breakfast was decent, nothing special. The front desk is 24-hour and the staff were very helpful.
