"A very good hotel, highly recommended for a longer stay of more than two days, as the service and attention are excellent. The rooms are clean, but the only drawback is that depending on the room, the shower has varying water pressure, and in some cases, the water leaks. The rooms are spacious and cozy; you sleep well, and there's no noise from the amenities. The only improvement would be the TVs being smart TVs, so guests could access more entertainment options besides just broadcast TV, making for a truly excellent and complete in-room experience."

FFlorian Roe.I had a great stay at the Hilton Reforma in Mexico City while celebrating the birthday of my girlfriend. The staff made the experience feel special with very good and attentive service throughout my stay.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a great view and high-quality amenities. Everything was well maintained and met the high standards I expect from Hilton.
Overall, a very pleasant experience and an excellent choice for both leisure and special occasions. I would definitely stay here again

GGuest UserThe hotel's atrium is massive and quite impressive. As an airport hotel primarily catering to business travelers and those on tight schedules, the decor is rather straightforward and functional. Consequently, the prices are a bit steep. The service, however, was excellent. A direct skybridge connects the hotel to Terminal 1 (International), making it incredibly convenient to walk straight over.
HHussain Ismail from LondonReally nice hotel with people that are really friendly. Clean, smells really, and serviced really well. The desk staff were really friendly and helpful. Rocío cleaned and looked after my room really well! Thanks Rocio.
The Spa and gym was amazing - especially the staff who were really helpful and kind. The trainer Ariel was really helpful showing me various training routines and ways for thinking about exercise - he is an expert in Judo (black belt!). Alexis was really helpful with the spa facilities. Thanks Ariel and Alexis!
The beauty salon run by Azul was really good and especially with the treatments she offers! She convinced me to start looking after the smaller things about my appearance. It is the people that make a place and in this case in Hotel Marquis Reforma. I will definitely go back. Thanks Azul!
Thanks Hotel Marquis Reforma! See you soon.

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.
LLisa 丽莎For travelers needing reliable and stress-free access to Mexico City International Airport (Benito Juárez), this hotel's prime location and included shuttle service are absolute game-changers.
Mexico City's infamous traffic can make getting to the airport a major headache, but knowing the shuttle will get you there efficiently eliminates that worry – easily the best feature of staying here.
While the room rate is a bit higher than some alternatives, it's undeniably worth it for the peace of mind and guaranteed airport transfer.
The rooms themselves are simple and functional – nothing fancy, but they serve their purpose perfectly for a pre- or post-flight stopover.
The included breakfast is a practical bonus, though managing expectations is key as it's basic fuel rather than a culinary delight. If catching a flight is your priority, the convenience and shuttle make this hotel a highly practical and recommended choice.
BBraden TseExceptional experience ! Ultimate Ritz Carlton experience, would highly recommend if you travel to Mexico City!
Definitely get one of the best view in Mexico City from your room , it truly exceed my expectation of a Ritz Carlton hotel. Extremely good service and always address you by your name.
We encounter some problems within the room in the beginning, however the front office manager solve it very quickly which is excellent. We have stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and will definitely come back if we visit Mexico City again.
Became a fan of Ritz Carlton now

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just one block from the WTC, so it's less than a 5-minute walk. I traveled for the La Mole convention and it was perfect. The included breakfast (very good) saves a lot of time since you only have to go down to the first floor and choose what you want (buffet), allowing you to sleep a little longer before getting up and then get ready for the convention after breakfast.
The only downsides I have are the following:
- The housekeeper was making her rounds between 8:00 and 8:30 am on the weekend; my intention was to wake up at 10:00 am, but this didn't allow me to.
- The bathroom faucet is a bit far from the sink and has quite a lot of pressure, which causes water to overflow from the sink due to its concave shape, soaking the entire vanity. And regulating the pressure makes the water fall behind the sink.
-The internet was a bit overloaded, so the most you could do was browse.
XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.
