Overall is good. Worth the money. The room & bathroom is clean and much bigger than I expected. Good for business trips. Especially when you just need a place to rest at night.

Better pillow maybe? The current one is not bad. Just it could be upgraded to a better one?

WiFi. The WiFi connection is not stable and slow. I was facing hard time to load for my Google Sheets and some documents."

GGuest UserThe location is pretty good, with a mall downstairs making dining and shopping very convenient. However, it's near a flyover, so getting anywhere involves a bit of a detour. The biggest disappointment is that there's no bathtub. On the second day of my three-day stay, they didn't even clean the room or restock the water; they just slipped a card under the door and called it a day.

Mmsmtn1182Overall the stay was satisfactory. Breakfast spread was good but quality was so so. Service at the coffee house was also quite inconsistent. Getting cold milk for my tea was unbelievably hard. Listening to the guest is important.
Concierge were great. Room was dated and the lights flickered (514). Need to be checked.

SSerene_lanBefore coming to Kuala Lumpur, I did a lot of research, checking reviews and opening dates for every hotel. Since I'm a super-clean Virgo, I was really worried about hygiene. My business trip budget was limited, so I chose this hotel because it was close to my client's company and, in my opinion, the best option available. After checking in, the room met my standards. If I can't find a suitable hotel next time, I'd definitely choose this one again. The hotel was renovated last year, so everything from the lobby to the rooms feels quite new. The bedding was also very clean and comfortable, which put my mind at ease. The staff at the front desk were very friendly too. I think the only downside is the location; it's not very convenient, and you pretty much have to take a taxi to get anywhere. Walking alone felt a bit scary as the surrounding area is quite old and run-down, with a lot of migrant workers around. I initially thought about extending my stay for another night, but the slightly remote location made me reconsider. I really did love the room itself; just staying inside the hotel was quite nice. It felt safe and comfortable, and I slept very well.

TTomHeeThe bad: on the 2nd day of our 3 day stay, i went to eat breakfast at 8:20am. There was not much food left. I thought they will replenish. They didn't. The staff told me some 200 over had their breakfast and they finished the food. But I've paid for my breakfast during the booking.
Trip.com should seek a refund from the hotel
The good: the staff at the restaurant. She's very friendly and attentive. The chef at the egg station. He was kind and friendly to me. I've uploaded their pictures.
This hotel is very near to the MRT station. Don't follow Google to guide you to the hotel. When u step out of the mrt, the hotel is right in front of your. U don't need to make a big turn like the Google directed. Google is wrong!!
The breakfast for the 3 days are repetitive. So not worth.
The fried rice is surprisingly good.

MMax WybournThis is where I stay in and around KL when I need to stay for longer for less money. There’s good amenities and attractions near by, decent food is close and the studio apartment perfectly fits my needs. The only downside is the fact that they do not clean rooms or even offer to during the stay. I have to ask for stuff to be delivered and do it myself.

GGuest Userthe parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth.
the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo.
there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day.
kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am

HHolly QThe room itself is nice, but there are several issues that significantly affected our stay. The blanket was quite thin, bed very low, and the location is difficult to find using Google Maps. What should have been a 10-minute drive took us around 40 minutes due to navigation issues, and the car park was also hard to locate.
The lobby has water on floor, no cleaner and maintenance, my daughter slipped and fell when we arrived.
The biggest concern was the lift. It is extremely slow, stops at every floor, and has poor ventilation. It took about 15 minutes just to go from level 36 to B3, which is unacceptable.
Overall, due to these inconveniences, I would not return.
