"Experience was bad due to AC issues. Had 2 room changed at level 2 but ac issues did not improve. Finally a third room change at 3am to a room at level 3 solve the problem. My guess was the ac wasn’t working for the whole of level 2."

"Hello readers, visited a few days ago this Hotel 81 Gold, it's in the Geylang Lor 20, just opposite to Hotel 81 Lucky. The location for me who loves to drink and dine with the locals was perfectly fine as restos are open till 2 am. The people are friendly and helpful and the hotel staff was excellent I'll name them, CJ, Aida, Salma and Zai they were all were doing their job wonderfully at the front desk. The hotel was very clean as per Singaporean standards, at first I thgt I've made a mistake hurrying up while booking this hotel as they done serve meals, but I came to know why, as restaurants were just a stones throw away. Indian, Chinese, Thai all types of cuisine were available nearby with provision stores, ATMs, medical stores, and a lot of other stuff for all ages. I'll urge you to check for Hotel 81 it's in budget and clean, the nearest Metro is Al Juneid, I'll urge you to travel by metro, easier faster and cheaper. Love to Singapore and Singaporeans"

"Been singapore for the second time, best accommodation ever, near MRT, halal restaurant,quiet place,staff friendly,even shared bathroom but i didn't feel uncomfortable for female muslim, toilet frequently cleaning and the bed is my mostly like about this place, my exhausted of 20k steps everyday magically disappear after you sleep on the bed. Not me just experienced this but my brother also give a same review about the bed, I'm definitely will booking this place again for the next time, this place more more better than before (Dickson Road)."

"Room was quite small which maybe expected but still need to point out it was very small. Wet room which is not ideal when the room and shower/toilet is quite small. Also very little to no sound proofing. We could hear our neighbours clearly."

"Pros: Good place to stay. ✨Budget friendly ✨ Basic amenities are functional and tidy. Quiet environment. Hot and cold shower available. Drinking water available in the room. Can leave luggage at the counter even after check out (check out time is before 11am, flight was still late in the afternoon). Shops and local kopitiams available nearby. Money exchange is 5 minute away from the hotel.  Cons: 10 to 12 minute walk from Aljunied Station. Room isn’t really that sound proof. No bidet 😅.  Overall: this hotel is worth every penny. 💕🫶🏼🙏🏼thank you, Hotel 81 Palace!"

1100056****The best part of our family trip to Singapore was our stay at the Conrad. The room was spacious, and both the sofa and bed were very comfortable. The hotel gave us a high-floor room with an amazing view, including the Merlion. Every staff member we encountered was warm and friendly. The room was cleaned meticulously, and the turndown service even included cookies, muffins, and a Christmas card. We arrived late at night for check-in. After getting to our room, we requested extra slippers and a blanket, and housekeeping was very quick to respond, even proactively bringing children's toothbrushes. The location is excellent too, right above the Promenade MRT station. Suntec City is across the street, and Marina Square is next door. All these malls are accessible via sky bridges, making it super convenient for activities like the Duck Tour and visiting the Merlion.

AAnonymous UserFacilities: The bed rails were a thoughtful touch, and the bathroom even had a water purifier. Hygiene: Generally clean. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent. There's a supermarket and pharmacy downstairs, it's very close to Marina Bay, and you can see the National Museum, Merlion, and Esplanade (Durian/Apple) right from downstairs. Service: The hotel has two breakfast restaurants, so you have variety.

TT.LWe stayed for 3 days and 2 nights as a Christmas couple’s retreat in the Executive Marina Bay King Room. The Marina Bay view was beautiful, and the room was clean and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located, but it is a fair walk from City Hall MRT, which could be inconvenient without direct transport. Breakfast at Edge was average for a hotel of this category. Noise insulation in our room could be improved, as footsteps from the room above affected our rest. The minibar uses a charge-on-removal system, which feels outdated, and the fridge space is very limited—enough for only about two 320ml Coke cans. Check-in was somewhat rushed and confusing as we had completed online check-in beforehand, we still had to queue and register again at the front desk, which made the online effort feel unnecessary. The staff were mostly friendly, but there was nothing particularly memorable about the service. Overall, while the stay was comfortable, but it felt somewhat underwhelming. Considering the Pan Pacific brand and its premium positioning, we expected a bit more.

LLWR_99Booked 3D2N staycay for my child and her friend. Generally Pullman rocked the youthful vibes in the common areas. Service staff are polite. Hotel is small, with basic facilities, and well located between two MRT stations - Somerset and Orchard. No sheltered connection to next building, please bring umbrella. Room was quite disappointing as it looks dated, and very far off from the vibe in the common area. Aside from the aesthetics, we did not stay the 2nd night as my daughter and her friend were sneezing and had hives after the first night. May be down to dust etc. For the price, the room definitely could be better.

JJceline WThe room I booked was luxury king room with Garden View. However the room I was given was nothing like a garden view, it just looked like some plants and it was facing the driveway of the hotel drop off. Hence the garden view as advertised was really quite disappointing. The hotel does not have a gym and it was not known on website until when we enquired upon check in. The gym is shared with raffles hotel Sentosa and we needed to take a hotel shuttle in order to reach there.

Although the room for two was slightly compact, it was well equipped with all the basic amenities, including a safe box, hairdryer, hangers, and a fridge. GGuest UserTraveling with my parents, I chose this hotel because I felt the loft rooms wouldn't feel too cramped (hotel rooms in Singapore are generally on the smaller side). It was decent for a family of three. The upstairs area was okay; we could fit one or two suitcases and there was a chair. Downstairs, there was no seating other than the bed. The mattress was a bit soft, making it a bit of an effort for the person sleeping inside to get out. Coffee and tea bags were provided. Just a short walk from the hotel's parking area is the Singapore River, surrounded by many dining options (mostly Western cuisine). There were quite a few people exercising and cycling. It's a bit of a walk to the MRT station, but there's a smaller food court about 600 meters away where we had several meals. Overall, the hotel is quite clean and new. However, the air freshener scent in the hallway outside the elevator was quite strong initially, though it improved over the next few days. The lobby scent was fine. Plus, there are several 7-Eleven stores nearby, making it very convenient for buying things. Overall, our stay was quite good, and the housekeeping was very clean.
