YYun JuuMy experience staying at this apartment in Ha Long Bay was very pleasant. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several popular attractions, making it convenient to visit by foot or taxi. The apartment was clean and tidy, spacious and bright with excellent ventilation. The modern yet cozy decor and complete amenities, from kitchenware to bathroom facilities, made me feel right at home. The balcony offered expansive views of the city and the distant seascape, especially romantic and relaxing at night when the lights came on. The host was warm and friendly, and communication was smooth; any needs were promptly met with assistance, making my stay feel comfortable. The surrounding area is quiet and safe, with many local restaurants and cafes where you can easily experience local life. Overall, this is a very cost-effective apartment, suitable for short stays or vacations. If I have the opportunity to visit Ha Long Bay again, I will definitely choose to stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.

HHonglianshennanhuoI booked a one-bedroom executive twin room. This hotel is very large with many rooms. I checked in during the Chinese New Year, and the hotel was almost empty; I was the only guest on my entire floor. The room facilities were complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and washing machine. There were also two TVs. Downstairs, the hotel offers free bicycle rentals, which are great for getting to the beach. The downside of the hotel is that the surrounding area is quite desolate.

The environment, service, and cleanliness are particularly noteworthy, comparable to Chinese chains like HUAZHU Hotels Group's Ji Hotel or Orange Hotel, but at a lower price point than Ji Hotel. I would definitely choose it again. **Facilities:** Complete and well-equipped, featuring everything you need, including a refrigerator, laundry basket, hangers, safe, and electric blackout curtains. All are modern and practical, superior to Hanting or Hi Inn levels. **Environment:** My favorite feature was the extra-large floor-to-ceiling window, which made the small room feel very open and spacious. **Service:** The service was very attentive. There's a laundry room, gym, and luggage storage. The front desk also doubles as a bar. **Breakfast:** Offers Vietnamese pho, fresh fruit (watermelon), scrambled and fried eggs, American coffee, specialty dumplings, freshly baked toast, cheese, and ham. Overall, it's better than Hanting, Hi Inn, and Ji Hotel breakfasts. **Location:** Ha Long is divided into Bai Chay and Hon Gai districts. The hotel is located in Hon Gai district. While most tourist attractions are in Bai Chay, which is across the water, Grab makes travel very convenient. The farthest places cost around 120k VND to reach. Hon Gai district itself is also very convenient, surrounded by local residential areas, making dining and shopping more accessible. Especially during the off-season, it tends to be livelier than Bai Chay. I also recommend Hon Gai beach as it's cleaner than Bai Chay beach. **Drawbacks:** The shower area is quite small, and the water temperature was very unstable, suddenly turning cold then suddenly scalding hot. I endured it for three days and hope this can be improved in the future.

GGuest Userit is a little dated hotel with spacious room. location is 10mins walk from Sunworld Service is good overall, from front desk to waitress , conceige helper and room service staff. Hard ware need great improvement anc maintainence is urgently needed. e.g. swimming pool is not very clean, with broken tiles; phone is not working in room to make local calls, no chair or table in the balcony, no clothing hanger in the balcony, no chairs and no towels for sunbathing around swimming pool on the 5th floor.
