***if you need 1 reason not to book this place skip to part 5 of this review*** please save yourself the pain and DO NOT BOOK TO GO HERE. seriously - please take the time to read my review if you are considering this SH*T TIP. I never ever write reviews - but I have had to make an account just to write a review of this horrible horrible place. If I even stop 1 person from not going here by writing this review - I will feel accomplished in my life. We arrived evening time on a Saturday night. We were due to check in on a Friday but due to our flight time, we decided to stay closer to airport on the Friday. 1. GREAT START (not) - When we arrived, we got checked in by a man who was nice-enough, but had very basic english. Gave us the keycard to our room, we walked up to our room which was right by reception. Got there and the keycard wouldn't work. My partner went down to reception where he took the keycard, went away, came back and said 'will work now' my partner came up to the room - and it still didn't work. I went down to reception and explained that it still wasn't working, the man rolled his eyes and pointed towards the stairs to come up to our room. He scanned his management card and it worked instantly. Tried ours again and it wouldn't work - he said 'you need to get into your room? you ask reception' - YES YOU READ THAT RIGHT! we didn't even have a key card to our room and each time we needed to get in we had to request reception (who clearly couldn't be ****d to work most of the time) open our room up for us. 2. THE ROOM - the room was more than basic. A couple travelling and were told it would be a 'double room' however it was 2 singles that could not be moved. Literally 1 pillow, 1 singular long curtain that would not open, not very clean, broken door handle to the balcony, sheets thinner than anything, TV the size of my phone, a remote that only worked when you smacked it against the ONE bedside table, two plugs - one of which was half way up the wall. Just extremely basic and nothing like the photos shown. Walls and doors are also PAPER THIN (as part 5 explains) 3. FOOD AND DRINK - I went down to reception as we had had an extremely long day (a train and 2 buses to get to the hotel from Peschiera Del Garda or 60 euros plus for a taxi one way - this hotel is genuinely in the middle of nowhere) and I was greeted by a lady who could barely speak any english at all. I asked where the resturant was. She said she had to give me 2 vouchers and it would be 18 euros each and directed me to the hotel. I said absolutely fine as we were starving at this point. Went down to the 'resturant' where we were seated in this gigantic room that was empty, just loads of staff staring at you with judgey looks on their faces. There was spiders up the wall and cobwebs early. Drinks were fine (not inc in 18 euros) just cans of coke zero. A man walked up to us an d very rudely said 'well go' - as it was buffet style food - went up to see this very basic
