We can only recommend a visit to Büsum and staying at the Lighthouse hotel. Friendly and service-minded staff both at the front desk and the breakfast staff. A lovely place and the room was fantastic. We would have loved to stay more than one night but our travel plans forced us to move on after just one night.

My retreat to relax and just enjoy specially the best view and watching the Sunset in the comfort on my room. Spa is well equipped and the tunnel connecting the neighbouring pool/jacuzzi/etc is so convenient even in your own Bathrobe. Breakfast is top notch and staff is very accommodating.. see you again soon for sure and highly recommended for those who wants comfort and feeling extra special! Thank you!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the staff was very friendly, the room was absolutely nice and the location was perfect.
We did have the Spa almost on our own, very relaxing. We will definitely come back.

High end but relaxed family friendly hotel with amazing staff. A little walk away from the family beach but direct access to the Meerzeit indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Well equipped and comfortable rooms, especially the Mini Apar**ent which worked well with young children. Excellent spa facilities and bars/outdoor terraces.

New and stylish hotel in Busum, beautifully located directly at the North Sea. Very friendly service, and nicely appointed rooms (we had a deluxe room facing the sea which was spacious and had all amenities one could expect). Convenient underground parking for a small surcharge. Great breakfast buffet, two excellent restaurants, an ocean spa, and an in-house COVID test center - what else can you ask for these days? Relatively pricey but worth every Euro. A great find, and even better than the other 'Heimathafen' hotels in St. Peter Ording and Heiligenhafen.

Der Service war bereits vorab telefonisch und während des gesamten Aufenthaltes im gesamten Hotel sehr freundlich, kompetent und gleichzeitig frisch und unkompliziert. Durch den direkten Zugang vom Parkdeck zur Lobby ist Ein- und Auschecken herrlich stressfrei! Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet: Es gibt eine ausreichend große Minibar, Kaffee- und Teststation, Weingläser und Tassen), das Bett hat eine hervorragende Matratze , Handtücher und Wellnesstasche stehen bereit. Das Einzige, was vielleicht ergänzt werden könnte, wäre ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon. Ich werde bald wiederkommen!!!

Problemlose Anreise mit dem PKW. Am Vormittag in der Parkgarage abgestellt und dann erst gemütlich frühstücken. Das Wetter verwöhnte uns und so hatten wir traumhafte Tage an der Nordsee. Das Hotel ist direkt am Meer und bietet traumhafte Aussichten.

"Nix zu meckern" wie der Berliner sagt. Ein von A-Z stimmiges Gesamtpaket aus harmonischem Design, gastfreundlichen Details wie gutes Kaffeepulver zum selber Brühen im Zimmer, hohe Qualität auch bei den Frühstückszutaten, für mich sehr wichtig: richtig guter Kaffee. Die Lage zwischen Museumshafen und Nordsee ist unschlagbar. Und der Eintritt ins direkt vom Hotel aus erreichbare benachbarte Wellenbad war auch schon mit drin! Das Allerwichtigste: Personal, das wirklich persönlich für uns da war, nicht nur mit routinemäßigen Phrasen, sondern mit echter nordische Herzlichkeit, gepaart mit Kompetenz. Wir fühlten uns wohl vom Einchecken bis zur "Ebbe- oder Flut" Wasserflasche für die Heimreise beim Auschecken. Wir haben in Deutschland noch nichts Vergleichbares in dieser Qualität erlebt. Hut ab!

Also, wirklich sehr schönes Hotel, warm und gemütlich ausgestattet, die Zimmer wirklich einladend gestaltet! Direkt am Meer und alles Sehenswürdigkeiten! Tolle Küche, sehr schöner Sauna Massage Bereich!! ABER: Die Zimmer (133)haben allesamt keine Klimaanlage sondern eine Umluftanlage. Das bringt bei über 26 Grad Zimmertemperatur (die Fußbodenheizung bollerte zusätzlich) nichts. Man liegt in seinem Saft. Fenster auf geht, ist aber wegen normalem Lärm keine Alternative. Dann hat es keine Verdunkelungsvorhänge gegeben, spätestens um 6.00 Uhr knallt die Sonne rein, dann ist man wach, ob man will oder nicht! Die Dusche hat keinen Abzug, nach dem Duschen hat man dann Dampfbad inklusive. Die Rezeption (Kim) darauf angesprochen, ja hätte ich frühzeitig Bescheid gesagt, dann hätte man mir einen Ventilator reingestellt und Verdunkelungsvorhänge aufgehängt. Echt jetzt? Woher soll ich das denn alles wissen? Und vor allem vorher! Beim nächsten Besuch wüsste ich es ja jetzt! So kann man berechtigter Kritik auch umgehen! Im Übrigen wurde ich von der „Bardame“ sogleich geduzt, scheint der neue Trend zu sein, vielleicht bin ich da zu al**odisch! Schönes Hotel, aber ohne Klimaanlage und Verdunkelungsvorhängen im Sommer für mich nicht mehr buchbar
