As a fan of Inatel, it is with deep regret that I write this review. Arriving at the hotel on a Sunday at lunchtime, during check-in, the reception informed me that the elevator was broken but would be repaired the following day or, at the latest, two days later, on Tuesday. However, the elevator never worked during my entire stay, nor was any apology or explanation given. I emphasize that it is extremely difficult for me to climb up and down stairs, and climbing hundreds of steps a day was a real ordeal (a hundred for each round trip between the room and the dining room). There is no bathroom on the ground floor, only on the dining room level, but in an unsuitable state (broken sink faucet, 5 days to get liquid soap, toilet paper never in all 3 stalls at the same time), which forced me to climb even further to the room. There is no bathroom for the pool area. There is no cleaning or maintenance of the facilities. Aside from the tireless and incredibly high-quality restaurant staff, and the fact that the rooms were a good size, everything else was truly awful. Dirty, filthy. The area around the pool was overgrown with weeds, the path to the beach a garbage dump. Of course, there was a broken armchair at the hotel entrance. The state of the towels, the windows, the walls, everything. The little bit of sand left in the shower after the room was cleaned was still there. Making the bed? Just putting the sheet and duvet on top, nothing more. Changing the bed linens during a 7-day stay? Forget about it! Frankly, a paradise doesn't deserve such poor service.
