Wonderful little hotel with excellent staff and food. Only 5 minutes to the beach and a nice pool on site. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel and every meal was excellent. The hotel is close to a bus stop with services into the small city of the island. Hotel also recommended me an great taxi driver.

Lovely wee hotel almost at the west end of the island. Easy access to the beach. Delightful staff. Lovely modern rooms. We had breakfast & dinner as part of our booking - both were of a good standard- dinner was buffet style with a couple of local dishes. We also had lunch on two days and though the menu was limited they were none the less tasty. Overall great value for money

Good and quiet. Far from the center of town but not an issue with a car plus taxis are inexpensive. The hotel is a bit old but satisfactory. Suite had ample space and balcony. Beach is within walking distance and it’s amazing. Breakfast is good. Staff is polite. Bikes available for guests. Road has a bike lane. Solid choice.

Sono stata a Porto Santo due giorni insieme al mio compagno. Abbiamo deciso di alloggiare presso questo hotel perché sembrava una buona soluzione in base alle recensioni. Beh le nostre aspettative sono state molto più che confermate. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Grande cura nei dettagli. Camera spaziosa e riercata. Non abbiamo avuto modo di assaggiare la cucina del ristorante. Se tornerò a Porto Santo sceglierò sicuramente questa sistemazione.

Os funcionários da recepção e pequeno almoço são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O pequeno almoço é básico mas tem produtos muito frescos e de boa qualidade. Os quartos são bons e bem equipados. Sem ser luxuoso o quarto tem uma boa manutenção e foi bastante confortável. O hotel apresenta um espaço exterior agradável. Destacamos a piscina e o seu mobiliário muito bem mantido. Através deste espaço é feito também o acesso à praia. Por outro lado existem alguns pontos a melhorar -wifi muito fraco ou inexistente em todo o hotel e quartos. -Cortinado do quarto não isola completamente a luz exterior

Inatel est un hôtel 3 étoiles excentré de Vila Baleira mais proche d'un loueur de vtt et de la pointe de calheta, ce qui est plutôt positif. Le petit déjeuner est correct, les contrôles de la température le matin sont un peu excessifs (les seuls que l'on ait vu sur l'île hors aéroport). Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien amenagées. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester les installations (la piscine entre autre). En revanche, le gros point négatif a été le personnel, pas du tout accueillant et froid (seul un barman et deux femmes de ménage ont été adorables avec nous), la réception : 0, le petit dej : 0, le service snack : 0 (la désagréable impression de souler le serveur). Vraiment dommage sachant que c'est le seul endroit sur l'île de Porto Santo où l'on a été aussi mal accueilli, bref peut-être une mauvaise semaine !

Hotel trés bien placé, confortable avec un personnel extrêmement attentionné et très sympathique.
Buffet de petit déjeuner trés bien garni. Excellents fruits notamment! Repas du soir varié en buffet, peut etre un peu cher ,mais sans excès par rapport au voisinage et c'est à volonté! Ca fait 5 fois qu'on y va et on est toujours aussi satisfaits
