Fairfield by Marriott Los Cabos

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. I read the other reviews before booking and thought how bad could a Fairfield Marriott be? Unfortunately the reviews are all correct. The music from the two clubs across the street is so loud that it makes the room shake. Thankfully I prepared in advance by bringing ear plugs which made it slightly more tolerable. Marriott really needs to reevaluate this property and consider removing from the portfolio.

location close to INM which is the best selling point. breakfast sucks no good for Canadian maybe. people are nice.

The staff service was wonderful; they were always willing to help and provided great advice. However, the rooms could use some updates. The floor tiles have some issues, and the bathroom shower needs new caulking. Additionally, the breakfast was quite basic. On some days, key ingredients from the menu were missing—for example, pancakes were served without syrup, only white bread was available without jam, and there was no regular juice offered, just water or hibiscus water (agua de Jamaica).

Breakfast is very simple. Juices/coffee/oatmeal. Fruits/bread/ham/cheese. Mostly eggs and beans sometimes other things. Staff was very helpful. I was able to meet Ms.Jacqueline. She was very nice and helpful to me. She also is bilingual and her English is perfect.

Property next to a night club with loud music all night long. Could not sleep at all. Staff did not help. Room changed at 3 am turned out not cleaned after last guest's stay.

I strongly recommend asking at check-in for a room that is far away from the restaurants and clubs that have late night music.
