Casa Dorada Los Cabos Resort & Spa

On checkin they refused to give me sea view room they said all were booked I refused to accept the room they were giving which was without any view. After haggling for an hour and asking for full refund so I can go to other hotel they finally gave in and gave me the room which I had paid. But that’s bad customer service.

Our 1st time here and it worked perfectly. Location was the key. Thank you.

This hotel is gorgeous! This was our second time staying here and we are already planning our next stay. It is close to the Marina and an easy walk. In close proximity to many incredible restaurants and shops. The staff at Casa Dorado are pleasant and accommodating. I highly recommend this place.

Fantastic stay. We had a wonderful time. The staff were friendly and incredible helpful. Perfect location. Amazing views. Pool was fun. Beach loungers nice plus. Would stay again.

Great experience overall! Positives: Beautiful large rooms with decent sound isolation, the views are beautiful, pool is clean and nice, water temperature is perfect. Lots of chairs. Kids activities by the pool are fun (games). Nice shops, restaurants and Marina walking distance. The massage place in front of the hotel is nice too. Things that could be better: USB plugs in my room didn’t work, a bit of unpleasant smell from the drain in the shower.

We really enjoyed our shirt stay but the staff and service was great!!!! Even tho it was just 1 day, the private dinner and all the staff was amazing!!! We will be back!!!!!

Great hotel. Great location. Rooms were very clean! I will be coming back to this resort again for sure!

On check in we were upgraded to a one bedroom suite 309. It was 1400sf with a great view of the property and ocean. Great way to spend 10 nights with a full kitchen and two sink bathroom. The property is in a great location close to great restaurants and bars. But the best part is that it’s on Mendano Beach where you can swim!! All the staff from housekeeping to pool services were excellent helpful and friendly. We will stay here again!!

The view was instagram worthy. Property was well maintained and staff were polite and helpful .Very safe , location was convenient with several dining establishments nearby, groceries and pharmacies were oonly short distance from the resort.
