The hotel has gorgeous views as it overlooks Cabo and the marina. The rooms are in need of an update as they are not in the best overall condition. The staff is a mix of very pleasant, kind, service oriented people to downright rude people who have been seen to roll their eyes at guests. The food was good, although some restaurants are better than others. The Agave restaurant was the better of them all and we went for lunches and dinners. The cupcake shop was very nice with a selection of coffee, pastries and cupcakes (although not always fresh). But kudos to Marlen who made the best coffees, thank you!

The scenery of the hotel is superb, the building on the cliff is particularly attractive, the facilities are very complete, the swimming pool is great, and the sea view room has a very beautiful view.

Such an awesome vacation spot. Beautiful sites. Staff was terrific, clean. Food for anyone. I have been 2 years in a row. Well worth it. Easy walk into town and Marina.

We will definitely stay here again, it was our first stay in Cabo and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The resort is very clean, the staff is amazing and friendly, staff and bartenders alike remember you and your drink and the food is great. We met so many nice people and made friends from all over . . . Canada, Oklahoma, Wisconsin and other states. So many nice and good people! Everybody says hello to everybody as they pass by. Next time, we will stay longer.

Everyone at Sandos was very welcoming and approachable. The rooms were clean and there were quiet a few activities to enjoy throughout the day. The views were gorgeous! Highly recommend.
