It was a perfect stay! The hotel was recently renovated and no expense was spared. After living in Spain for 32 years, this is the first hotel I have stayed at that treated me like a valued guest. The room was beautiful with little terrace and the bathroom was incredible with high quality La Chinata (made with EVOO) soaps, conditioners, shampoos and hand and body creams. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary which I mentioned in passing, and they surprised us with a little bottle of cava and a note and some chocolates. They even called when we were on the road to tell us about some construction taking place, and suggesting a better route through the city. The recepcionist was like a world class concierage service and was so helpful and friendly. Also, the value for money is top notch. It really was the best hotel experience I have had in Spain! Location also perfect by the way! I can't wait to go back. Perfect perfect stay, could not be happier!

Difficult to find .parking at least 800m away(public)below average breakfast, no buffet ,eggs,etc( poor value) lovely room not even a drink available at 4pm when we arrived! Staff were friendly and helpful

When using the breakfast service, the scarcity of the offer is the highlight, in addition to the staff's ignorance of service requests, and their bad and direct answers that the client does not have to know about**** , as well as saying expletives such as impolite and rude to us, after a long wait for a coffee and a juice. After this situation, we went to the hotel bar, which, after paying for the drink, wanted to charge it twice at check out, having to show proof of payment with the banking app. I found the staff very unprofessional.

Vacation trip. Family: 4 adults and 1 teenager. Route by car from Madrid, 3 hours. I can only say good things about our stay at Casa Pizarro. From the love and kindness of all the staff, to the excellence of any detail. Sober elegance, exquisite cleanliness, and very spacious spaces. Its location is one of the best in the historic center, a short distance from any of the cultural and monumental walks of this wonderful city. We have had the feeling that everything is done with great love. We would repeat: without a doubt. WALKABILITY Fantastic location to walk through the best of monumental Cáceres. NERBY ACTIVITIES Cultural-historical visits, gastronomy, and drinks. ROOMS Fantastic, elegant and sober at the same time. Very spacious. Impeccable. Very good set of amenities, with high quality bathroom products. Very good air conditioning, despite the cold outside, the rooms felt like home, 'warm', and with that nice feeling of not being in any hurry to leave. I was also surprised by the soundproofing. Despite being in the middle of the central street, there was not a single noise in the room from the outside.

Everything was excellent...location, room (ours was a superior double) beautiful with excellent beds and linens. The bathroom is very well decorated and equipped...it only lacks a stool, to say the least. It is completely new but with a lot of style, it was inaugurated three months ago and the building is a very beautiful old mansion. The hotel staff couldn't be nicer, including the lovely manager. I totally recommend it, we will be happy to return!!
