We sent an email to the property informing them we would arrive late, but received no reply. Suspicious and worried, we showed up earlier than planned, but the property was closed. We then called the number on a note taped to the door, and a woman told us there was no reservation under our name. After nearly an hour on the phone, and only after protesting loudly and threatening to call the police, they finally gave us the codes to a safe at the entrance where our reservation and room keys were. Because of this delay, we missed seeing the sunset at the beach as we had planned, and found all the restaurants closed, leaving us without dinner. The next morning, we told the concierge, who very dismissively said he was sorry. That was it. Truly a bad experience and terrible service. We advise you to go elsewhere. PS: the property is old and of poor quality.

Hotel was good at the price point. Had to change rooms due to issues with the toilet, however other than that it was pleasant

Made a same day booking for a Friday night. Tried to check in but wasn't able to as the doors were locked. Called the number on the front door for a late check in and was rudely told that there were no staff on the weekends, check my email for check in instructions. I received the check in email 5 days later, for reference. While on the phone with the staff trying to come up with a solution, the call disconnected. I emailed for a refund and was told it was issued, it's been over two weeks now and I've followed up twice with no reply. Do not book this hotel last minute on a weekend.

Don't stay there! The bed is infested with bugs and covered in bites. Hygiene: Terrible, smells terrible.

Very good, warm welcome. The apartment is clean, well laid out, and the bedding is comfortable. Ten minutes by car from the city center.

It was quite difficult, especially since we couldn't get in touch with them at check-in.

Having to travel almost 20 minutes to pick up the keys and it needs some cleaning

There is no front desk after 8pm, so you need to call to get the room card for the password box. Friends who don't speak French should arrive early.

Facilities and hygiene are in good condition

It was a bed and breakfast night. It's a bit far from Caen, but the tram is right outside the hotel. At breakfast, the lady who serves breakfast was a bit rude, but the breakfast was quite good. Downstairs, as soon as you walk in, you can refill your water bottle for free. And the heating in the room works great. I would upgrade the kitchen to a fully equipped one.
