A true gem, so peaceful a place and beautifully appointed. We received such a lovely welcome from Andrew and Beth, they could not have made us fell more comfortable in their lovely home. The room, overlooked the valley to the mountains beyond, was excellent with a lovely big bathroom en-suite. One of the best B&B's we have ever stayed at and will definitely return.

We decided to go away last minute, so called to see if we would be able to arrive after check in time. I was called back straight away and it was no problem at all. Booking was really easy and final payment is not paid until departure. We arrived around 9pm and was luckily greeted by the car and had the offer of help with luggage. When we entered, the building was as beautiful as expected, and we ordered our breakfast for the next day. They have a quirky type writer, holding easy sheets to tick, with a lovely selection of food to choose from. We were given a little tour, and shown to our room, which was fantastic and bigger than it looked on the pictures. We had a 4 poster bed and beautiful long windows, that we couldn't wait to look out of in the morning, which we did the next day with a coffee, admiring the view. There was a great choice of, juices, cereals, fruit and yogurt at breakfast, as well as being served the full Welsh breakfast we had ordered the night before, with fresh coffee. It was cooked perfectly and tasted even better. We headed out for the day and returned with a few snacks. We took advantage of the stocked fridge in the lounge, offering a range of beverages, leaving our donation in the honesty box provided. We chose a film from the choice of dvds you can borrow to watch, here we noticed all the little extras you can help yourself to if there is something you have forgotten, which we thought was a lovely thoughtful touch. The next day we had another beautiful breakfast and enquired about the cottages joining. We were kindly offered to help ourselves to a little look around. They were just as pleasing and we are certainly looking at coming back to stay with our children. For the short time we stayed, we were very disappointed to have to leave a perfect stay provided by a very helpful and friendly, welcoming family.

Such a beautiful setting, the accommodation was so lovely and welcoming. Every attention to detail had been given to all elements of our stay, including cleanliness, facilities and the best breakfast I have had! Also a great welcoming team.

Second time we’ve stayed here and still as wonderful as the first time ! Amazing location with beautiful views and close to really interesting places to visit. Beautiful building which has been lovingly converted to a Bistro style B&B, really comfortable but also has quirky decor with an industrial feel. Our bedroom (“The Shoe Factory”) was large with really comfy bed and bedding, and massive walk in shower. There’s a lovely relaxing lounge area with a fridge for guest use, and little touches like an ice bucket which is lovely if you want to take your own gin and tonic. Breakfasts are delicious with quality produce cooked and presented really well, the vegetarian options are especially good. Owners, Andrew and Beth, are so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We look forward to another visit.

This is a stunningly renovated house with gorgeous views. The hosts were just lovely, would do anything for you. We felt extremely welcome. The breakfasts were excellent. I couldn't recommend this place more highly. There is a long and bumpy drive but the stay was worth the adventure!

Beautiful location. Private and quiet but not too far from Conwy. Comfy and spacious room with four post, canopy bed. Spacious bathroom with nice amenities. Well prepared and tasty breakfasts. And attentive hosts. A perfect balance of privacy and consideration. Luxury without pretentiousness. Loved it!

Fantastic! We booked all the rooms for my birthday celebration and friends and family came from far and wide. Beth and Andrew went out of their way to make everyone welcome, and the breakfasts were magnificent. The rooms were as amazing as ever and everything was SO comfortable.
