It is spacious.. budgetfriendly for excursion that only need a good place to stay. the center of the city that you dont have to worry to buy essentials. hoping to have more experiences here at new dawn pension ❤❤

The quiet and serene ambiance. Accessible to the city

The room was spacious. We had a great stay! The only problem was that my son couldn’t use the television because of low internet connection. Tried the local channel but only 1 channel is available.

Staffs were kind and accommodating.

The hotel was shockingly bad. I've never been to prison, but I should imagine that's what prison is like. The bed linen was never changed throughout my two weeks day, they merely just spread the bed again. The smelt of an odour that I can not describe. On the website, it suggests that there is a poor but there is actually none. On many occasions, my room was not tidyed at all.Even though I left the notice requesting my room be tidied. The toilet was never cleaned within two weeks. I was given a used towel that had suspicious stains on it. If you have any self respect avoid this hotel and if you're married, do not bring your wife here, otherwise you will be divorced.

We stayed here for 2 nights. On our check-in day, we were assigned to Room 310, we were connected to wifi but no connection. No Globe/Smart signal as well, so we requested a room transfer. Fortunately, the staffs are very accommodating and nice. We transferred to Room 708. Problems are: - toilet flush is leaking causing us to use the trash bin for water collection to flush the toilet. - on the attached image, as you can see, water is very dirty. Not very good to use to wash face and intimate area (specially on red days)and for toothbrushing. - internet is very slow and disconnects from time to time Hotel is near restaurants and highway for easy transportation. Ok for budget hotel but I will not recommend this to my friends/family.

The place is affordable, clean and accessible. Friendly staff spacious parking space⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s old but its a very spacious hotel. Given the price its very worth it. Hotel staff are also kind.
