The location is great but I think that’s the only positive I can say about this hotel. Sheets are dirty and towels are really old. Had an issue with the bidet, we literally cannot use it and was only fixed the next day. Parking was difficult too. I’d say go somewhere else.

Had a great stay at Red Planet CDO! The location is very convenient and really close to malls, making it easy to go around and find everything we needed. The place was also very clean and comfortable. What impressed us the most was the excellent service. We reported that the bidet was broken, and they immediately attended to it and had it fixed. Kudos to the staff for being responsive and accommodating! Overall, a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay. Highly recommended! ❤️

It's best feature is the location. It is beside SM City Downtown and walking distance to other malls. The room is just the right size. Fast check in. Good customer service. The room is well lit.

Right at heart of cagayan de oro. Easy access to everything especially sm downtown. Just a few steps and your inside the mall where you can buy everthing you may need

Hotel is old. It has bed bugs as well. Aircon is too cold and there is no option to lower the temp since the control is not woking. Hubby and i got sick due to molds. I ask if we could change room but since it is fully book daw. They cannot do about it. Location and price is superb. However, it is really regret on my end.

The TV remote wont turn off the TV. The AC is okay. Over all the room is good and affordable. It’s accessible to all the malls. Will stay there again if ever we come back!
