This hotel is okay — I’d give it 2.5 stars. Service and customer service are decent, but they do not offer proper room service. Their restaurant feels more like a fast-food setup: you order at the counter and pay before sitting down. I would commend the staff, as they genuinely try to provide good customer service. I think the issue lies more with higher management. If this property hired proper management, this hotel could be one of the top places in Cagayan.

The views were amazing. I thought the food was really really good and it was also made for sharing, which was nice. We got the free breakfast every day and I thought the breakfast was really good compared to what I’ve had other places in the Philippines. The view for the pool special sunset was as good as one can expect. Will you ask for Safari service they were there in the instant to pick you up, so I am completely satisfied with the experience and I would recommend it to anybody.

The place is a perfect getaway for families and offers a complete package for anyone looking to relax and unwind. We only went for a day tour, but the amount we paid was well worth it considering the many places and attractions we were able to visit. The staff were very accommodating, and the shuttle service made it convenient and hassle-free to get around the different areas. Highly recommended!!!

Avoid like a plague. Zero customer service for their overnight rooms. The manager is useless and has no softskills. They made us pay for a broken door knob which we did not damage. Zero coordination. Just bad bad not worth it

The second dot of my ratings goes to the infinity pool, which is really nice. The plants in the venue are well kept too. However, the zoo is really appalling. There is a tiger and we saw one of the crocodiles, also snakes that are kept terribly, just on concrete or a metal grid. With a little bit of effort this could be a place that doesn't torture animals. I guess even Noah did a better job back then :-).

We pre-booked as a family for New Year’s Eve in December 2024. We clearly communicated that we have one PWD (person with disability) and requested four rooms near or at the entrance to the passageway, as the family room was already booked. The receptionist, over the phone, confirmed that the first four rooms near the entrance would be assigned to us. We paid in full via online banking. However, upon our arrival, we were shocked to learn that the rooms we had booked were given to other guests who had arrived earlier. The staff claimed it was because we were late, which we found very unprofessional. The management did not offer any solution and simply shook their heads, then assigned us the farthest available Kubo. This caused significant distress to our PWD companion, who was unable to enjoy the New Year’s celebration. This resort's lack of consideration and poor customer service were truly disappointing.

I’m firstly hard to please but I could not find fault with this place it’s pure perfection for me. Checking in was at 2 but we arrived early which was fine to use all the attractions before we were taken to our hobbit house by the safari truck which regularly circles the complex. The hobbit houses were beautifully cold because of the air con and such fun our 7 year old was skipping with delight. We then went to see the attractions firstly the zoo which I was pleasantly surprised with all the beautiful animals and birds which looked very healthy and well kept. Then we went for some fun at Larry’s hill which has a high and low ropes course which I tried. I’m 57 and was terrified on the high ropes course but I loved it. Our child loved the play park and ball pit which was 200 ps for all day. Prices were very reasonable . There’s a climbing wall which I failed on badly thinking I was still a teenager. There’s plenty to do here. Time to check out the pool which is an infinity pool. Absolutely stunning views of cdo and free for overnight guests with a nice cafe bar for food and drinks. And above the cafe if you want you can parasail for 3500 ps We could actually have spent all day here. I very highly recommend this resort for a short break or day trip. ( pool 250 ps if on day trip but free to guests) the restaurant serves great filapino food I was vey happy and I’m hard to please it was so yummy . the silence in the morning after waking up in our hobbit house was second to none. A stay here in hobbit house was 3500 ps per night . I will defiantly be returning here in the very near future Thank you Amaya view we loved our overnight stay
