Every part of this accommodation was amazing. Perfect location, near bus and train station. Right around the corner from the city centre. Beds were really comfortable and room was very very clean. Showers, air conditioning, fridge and balcony. The room was great and staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The property is well mainteined. The room was clean with enough space considering it is located in an old Building. It has a little balony with 2 shairs and a table, looking at the interior od the Building. The Hotel have a little Common área with coffee and snacks.
The only problem is that there is no advertising of any kind in the outside so you dont know where is it.

A really kind host who welcomed us really nicely wherever we had bikes with us: very helpfull. Great location near the train station and near the district full of life and restaurants. Rooms are great and clean with all you need. Thanks again to us for our nice stay!

Marlin Rooms is a nice place to stay close to the train station. It is located in an old building with a really old elevator with a cool nostalgic feeling. The rooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. The balcony of our room looked out to the street, so not the best view. Breakfast was a typical continental italian breakfast with wrapped sweets. The coffee was okay. But since it is really close to the city center, you could go outside to eat as well. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

Very good service. Helped with the luggage all the way from the car. The staff asked us everyday about our stay and if they could do something for us. I recommend this place.

Everything is ok for an effective stop in Cagliari, taking advantage of being close to the train station, and thus to the airport.
The room was clean and well equipped.
The bathroom was clean. Courtesy set was under average

Sicuramente la posizione non è da sottovalutare di fronte la stazione e quindi al centro … trovi ad accoglierti una ragazza molto gentile entro le 22:00 e là camere sono pulite così come il resto degli spazi … ti fanno trovare un cesto con dolci e un frigo con acqua e latte … devo dire molto buono

Het bed was slecht. Het bed heeft een kuil waardoor wij steeds naar midden viel. We hebben nachts het matras omgedraaid en een deken onder gelegd.
