Parkside Boutique Serviced Apartments

Absolutely loved this hotel! We only booked it for an overnight stay before leaving, so I didn't have high expectations for the price. Turns out, it was my favorite hotel during our entire trip to Egypt, even more comfortable than the Sheraton we stayed at in Cairo and the Hilton in the Red Sea! The room had a small living area and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils. For a Sichuanese person who'd been traveling around Egypt for over ten days and whose palate was totally bored, being able to watch Mango TV shows and cook a delicious hotpot in the room was simply perfect! The beds were clean and comfortable, and the service was even better! I wasn't expecting much service for this price point, but the staff member went up and down five or six times, helping us get bowls and plates, fixing the window lock, and adding an extra bed. Five stars, absolutely deserved!

This hotel was a one-night stopover in Cairo before my connecting flight to Dubai. When I checked in, it was late at night, and there were staff members at the entrance who greeted me and showed me the way. When I left in the early hours of the morning, staff were also at the entrance to see me off and help with my luggage. This attention to service made a big difference and made me feel very secure.

Perhaps it's because it's an apartment, but there was no housekeeping during my two-night stay, and the trash was just left in the room. The washing machine was also leaking a bit.

Highly recommend! The facilities are new, and the space is ample. It's also very quiet at night. The surrounding area isn't as chaotic as the city center.

A wonderful, clean place with a very convenient location. We stayed as a family – my husband, our 6-month-old baby, and I. We absolutely loved everything! The staff was polite, and the place itself was pleasant, very clean, and bright. These are really important criteria for me. We were very satisfied and will definitely be returning here ❤️. The best part was that we booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a higher category! 🥹

The location is about 20 minutes from the airport. They help with luggage during check-in. There's full CCTV coverage. However, the facilities and cleanliness feel pretty average. But considering the price, it's decent value for money. They don't check marriage certificates for Chinese guests.

Unsafe room! Do not stay! The door lock showed signs of being tampered with and couldn't be deadbolted! This hotel only looks good from the outside with its flashy pictures at the entrance! Don't fall for it! It's more like a guesthouse. The power tripped in the room! The window couldn't be locked, making it easy for thieves to get in! We changed rooms, but it was still the same! The safe didn't work in either room, so I ended up sleeping with my bag hugged tight – it was ridiculous. The whole room went dark while I was showering. There was nothing we could do, the entire floor's power tripped! And there was nothing else there either.
