Hotel management and staff very polite and friendly. Majority spoke English, especially those interfacing with guests. The Villa 604 really felt like a home away from home. Great price for what you get, ie. spacious rooms, free in room wifi that works, gym, outdoor pool. Chef was very accommodating to our likes. Cleaning staff were amazing. No problems at all encountered and very helpful when needed. Highly recommend this Villa Hotel. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay very enjoyable.

The best hotel I've ever booked in my price range. Breakfast is not included, but you can pay on site. The room itself is spacious. There are two tables for various needs, a kettle, a refrigerator, and a modern, clean bathroom. I arrived at almost 3 a.m. and had no problems checking in. They were expecting me. A few caveats: there's nothing nearby. The closest store and pharmacy are a 20-minute walk away. But this is clear when booking. There's a cafe on the hotel grounds, but I didn't eat there. This is a separate resort with private grounds. The good thing about being so remote is that there are no annoying people around. It's cleaner than in the city center. It's relatively close to the airport and large shopping centers. It's quiet at night; no honking. I can recommend it to those who don't want to stay in the city center and who have a car or plan to only get around by taxi.

The taxi dispatch was quick, and the service at the counter was friendly. I would like to use this service again.

Despite being very inexpensive, it was a clean and perfectly satisfactory hotel, so I would recommend it to anyone who needs to leave for the airport early in the morning.

The staff member who initially assisted us was very polite and kind, but the one who handled checkout didn't apologize even when there was a mistake in the billing, so I felt there was a significant inconsistency in the quality of service from the staff. However, considering the low price, the cleanliness and spaciousness are more than sufficient. The location is a bit difficult to find, and the taxi driver got lost several times, which might be considered a drawback.
