The shower space was almost impossible to use. The light in the shower did not work. All the shampoo, soap, conditioners very difficult to open. The management issues room keys to my room. This disabled my key. UNEXCEPTIONABLE

The room was nice, and they even upgraded me. However, the cleanliness was absolutely terrible. If you lifted the sheet, you could see it was blackened, you know? And it was pilling; it was so rough that it caused an allergic reaction against my skin. I had to wear long sleeves and pants to sleep in it. Also, the bathroom and sink drainage were faulty. The breakfast was terrible. Anyway, the worst thing was the bedding. It looked like it had been washed countless times, even years ago, but the stains were still there, and it used a very strong detergent, so I had to control my allergies. Ugh, the bedding was awful; probably the worst I've had in recent years.
