The breakfast was so plentiful, I couldn't even finish it all. The restaurant itself was conveniently open until late at night. Additionally, the airport transfer service they provided was a huge help.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean. They provided ample water and toiletries, and there's a restaurant on-site. The location is super convenient, and luggage storage is free. Highly recommend!

Good service, excellent location.

The hotel is located in a bustling area, with a lively atmosphere at night. There are ice cream shops, barbecue restaurants, and KFC nearby. Downstairs is a barbecue restaurant known only to locals, where the lamb and chicken skewers are incredibly delicious. Service: The service was excellent. Someone was waiting for us downstairs so we wouldn't get lost. After taking the elevator to the 9th floor, we had to climb another flight of stairs, and someone helped with our luggage. During check-in, the introduction was very comprehensive, showing us around the room amenities and the restaurant. We even offered a tip, but it was refused, as it was included in the room rate. Cleanliness: The room was very clean, with plenty of hot water, bath towels, complimentary water and drinks, and all necessary toiletries and slippers. Breakfast: Surprisingly plentiful; we couldn't possibly finish it all. There were à la carte options and a buffet. There were traditional Egyptian breakfasts, Western breakfasts, and a good selection of children's breakfasts and healthy balanced meals. It's also very close to the Nile River, so you can book with confidence.

Based on other reviews, I knew the hotel was on the 10th floor and that I would need to take the elevator and stairs to the 9th floor. The entrance on the first floor is not directly on the street, making it very difficult to find, and there are no signs in front of or inside the elevator. It's a mystery how other guests managed to get to the front desk. The stairs after exiting the elevator are an emergency staircase, and no one would ever think to go there. There are no signs inside the building indicating where the rooms are, so it's easy to get lost. The shower wouldn't turn on, so I had to fill a cup with hot water from the faucet to rinse myself off. There was a glass partition, but for some reason, even the area around the toilet got soaked. I was impressed that they had insecticide. The staff's hospitality was excellent.
