Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was as expected and perfect for what we needed. Sink leaked a little and had an issue with the washing machine in the room but maintenance came quickly and solved the problem. Location is in a great spot of Downtown Cairo for getting out to see some of the attractions like The Cairo Museum and not far from Zamalek. I would happily stay here again!

The hotel's location in the center of Cairo is fantastic and the property itself has a lot of potential. On top of that, every single staff member was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by some frustrating technical issues. There were frequent problems with the hot water supply, and the elevator was unreliable, luckily, the stairs were an option. I was also surprised to find no water available in the kitchen. If you're planning to stay here, don't forget to pack your own slippers, because they aren't provided.

I was not assigned the room type I had booked, and the bedding was not very clean. However, the housekeeping and reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel location was very convenient.
