The hotel is in a lively area on the 4th floor, with an elevator, making it convenient for shopping. The room size is average and comes with a small fridge; the facilities are generally standard. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. They offer a decent local breakfast. Given the affordable room rate, I feel it offers good value for money.

The hotel is located between Attaba and Nasser metro stations, on the 4th floor of a residential building (there's an elevator). The entrance is through a small archway, and there are many shops and cafes nearby. The hotel opened in 2024, so it has a fresh renovation. The rooms are clean, with hot water, a fridge, air conditioning, and a TV. The staff were pleasant and polite, and they served an Egyptian breakfast. Unfortunately, our room had one significant drawback: the balcony overlooked a courtyard where a cafe operated very loudly until dawn, which was quite uncomfortable.

The rooms were newly renovated, and the staff were very proactive. However, the main issue seems to be with management's attention to detail; the front desk is still using a piece of paper to plan their tasks. Regarding the noise issue mentioned in other reviews, I did experience it a few times. It started on Sunday night and continued until 6:30 AM on Monday. I'm guessing this happens every Sunday. Installing soundproof windows would probably solve it. I also encountered a situation where there were no bath towels. They have two washing machines and one dryer, mainly used for washing and drying towels and linens. Personally, I feel it's primarily due to the owner's lack of investment. The staff are all great and work very hard to meet guest needs.

While it feels like you get what you pay for, the front desk service is generally slow, and it seems not many staff members speak English. However, for a basic stay, there are no major issues. The location is a bit hard to find.
