Yacoubian Hotels

Good place, very central, the staff can handle communicating in English. Minor greevences: The hotel is on the fifth floor but there's a lift/elevator. The bed was quite a bit too soft but guess that's an individual thing... The wifi had a tendency to 'die' on you so that you had to disable and re-enable it again. I asked for some bottled water when I arrived and was handed two bottles of tapwater poored into reused bottles... All-in-all I would definately stay there again, I especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony attached to the room.

Staff were very kind, but this hotel needs serious renovation. The bed has fabric on the headboard and footboard that is old with holes. The mattress is falling through the bed frame. There are cigarette burns on stuff. No kitchenette. Very small room.

Good location , fair clean but no more soap, shampoo and free bottle of drinking water.

The staff is very helpful. The locations great. The room is very basic. But my shower didn't work so that was a problem.
