The room was great, and its proximity to the airport makes it perfect for those with early flights. The hotel itself is lovely, with plenty of restaurant options. Very satisfied! 👍 Facilities: This is the best hotel I've stayed at in Cairo. Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the bathroom. Ambiance: The hotel is excellent. Service: The service was great.

The rooms were really spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were all very polite, friendly, helpful and had great attitude. The lighting and decor are beautiful. The bathroom had a great shower and they provided all the necessary ammenities. The hotel is well maintained and is in a very nice area. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sonesta Cairo.

No slippers provided, the room facilities are outdated, and you have to ask to open the window. It's also overpriced.

The hotel is well located in Nasr City, close to Heliopolis and to the CAI airport. The hotel is spacious, has several restaurant and good bars. However, the service was lackluster. They need to improve the housekeeping, which was hard to communicate and solve problems. Also, the room service was very hard to get. Overall, it is a high-quality hotel that is currently held back by inconsistent service standards.

Not new hotel but near the airport. Not many small restaurants nearby and couldn't find the supermarkets easily.
