From the moment I walked into the hotel lobby, I knew this stay wasn't going to be pleasant. First, there was a noisy, crowded mix of people from all different countries and regions in the lobby. When I went to check in, two front desk staff were excitedly looking elsewhere, seemingly having fun. After I greeted them, they just glanced at me and continued looking away until I said 'excuse me,' and then they inexplicably said 'yes?' to me. Then came a long wait. Upon entering the room, a pungent odor hit me – a mix of sweat, body odor, mold, and all sorts of smells combined, intensified by poor ventilation and sun exposure. My first instinct was to open the window to air it out. The room immediately looked old and dirty. The sofa had various stains (as pictured), the bedsheet had something like sauce or graffiti, the pillowcase was pilling, and there was even a body hair next to it. The carpet was dim and dirty. The shower design was the strangest part for me; it only had a half-glass partition, with the other half completely open. Plus, the shower area was raised, so after a shower, the entire floor was soaked. The tissue box next to the sink had a whole wad of tissues just stuffed in, looking like it hadn't been cleaned. WiFi was slow and unstable. The airport shuttle bus driver to the terminal had an extremely bad and inexplicable attitude. I very gently and clearly told him which terminal I needed to go to, but he seemed impatient and mumbled something in Arabic. When he dropped me off at the terminal, he stopped on the road, not directly in front of the terminal entrance, and told me to walk the rest of the way, perhaps because he didn't want to go out of his way. After complaining to the front desk, they insisted on sending a fruit platter as compensation. I repeatedly told them I didn't need it, but they kept insisting, so I eventually gave up. However, no one ever delivered it. I genuinely didn't need the fruit platter, but they shouldn't have made a promise and then left me waiting for nothing. I called for two bottles of water, and the operator was very, very impatient, as if I was disturbing their break. Ten minutes passed, and it still hadn't arrived, so I had to call a second time. Take this as a reference, every word is true.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and they offer a shuttle service, which was very convenient. The staff were also quite attentive. The exterior of the building is pretty nice, and the room facilities are relatively new, though the hallways are a bit dated. Overall, my stay was quite pleasant.

They have a free shuttle bus to the airport every 30 minutes, and if the timing doesn't work out, you can walk a bit further to catch a circulating shuttle bus. Best of all, I really appreciated that I could get a drink.

The hotel is very close to Cairo Airport, about a 5-minute drive. I emailed them in advance to book an airport pick-up. After landing, I called the front desk, and a hotel shuttle bus was waiting right outside the terminal. The next day, I took a taxi to the pyramids, which cost around 250 RMB. It's a good choice for travelers on a layover.

The facilities are outstanding with a well maintained swimming pool, nice restaurants, souvenir shops and with nice & attentive staffs. The check in was made a little earlier and smoother via online check-in. The room is clean, well maintained and spacious for the price range. The hotel offers free shuttle service to all the departure terminals (once in 30 minutes for 24 hours) and the complimentary buffer breakfast was awesome with a wide spread of menu items.

Would not want to stay ever again. Breakfast offers many food but nothing tasty or nutritious. No one to do room cleaning. Lamps were broke. Rooms were so far away. The hotel is so aged and under maintained and not worth the money.

I had to walk back and forth three times between my room and the front desk, a 100-meter distance, because of a door problem. When the front desk staff finally showed up, she was dismissive and asked, "How many of you are there?" She should have chosen her words more carefully. In the end, she broke the door with a machine and left. I thought she had fixed it, but it just wouldn't close. When I told the cleaning supervisor, who was nearby, she asked me to wait for three minutes. An hour later, the manager called and offered something, but when I asked him to come to the room instead of calling, he became completely unreachable. Since the room wouldn't lock, I couldn't leave. I had no choice but to pack my bags, lock the door, and go out for a meal. This was the most unpleasant experience ever. I want a full refund from Trip.com for the accommodation.

Pleasant surprise to have dinner and breakfast included. Lobby and grounds are lovely, well kept. Location is ideal near airport. Free airport shuttle shuttle half hour was an advantage.

You truly get what you pay for! This is a top-notch hotel with several restaurants, two pools, and an amazing environment. It's also super convenient, only one kilometer from the airport – you can even walk there.
