It's decent, not bad, but they should really speed up their service and provide amenities upfront instead of needing a call every time, which causes significant delays. Despite that, it's very good and one of the cleanest hotels in Cairo.

Everything was lovely, the staff and the view. I also chose room decorations which were beautiful. Honestly, everything was wonderful.

Breakfast and room service were both great, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic. The executive lounge served good meals throughout the day, and the afternoon tea was my favorite. The only minor drawback is that the hotel doesn't serve alcohol, and it's not allowed on the premises. I understand that this might be due to local licensing requirements. However, the location is very convenient. For food delivery, the Four Seasons next door serves alcohol. It's also within a 20-minute drive to attractions in downtown Cairo like the museums, and within 30 minutes to the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum.

A beautiful place. I enjoyed my time here and recommend everyone to visit this lovely spot.

The room size is moderate, the bed is comfortable, and all the basic amenities are available, including air conditioning, hot water, and free Wi-Fi. The staff are polite, attentive, and quite proactive in their service. Breakfast is decent, with average taste and no standout features. The hotel's location is fairly convenient, with good transport links nearby, and you can walk to some restaurants and convenience stores. Overall, for a short business trip or a stopover, this hotel can meet basic needs, but it's not suitable for guests looking for a high-quality or unique experience. Its biggest advantages are the nice view, quiet atmosphere, and reasonable value for money, making it a good fit for travelers with modest accommodation requirements.

The hotel is far from new, but that's part of its charm; it feels like stepping back in time with all the wood, gold, and monumental decor. It was interesting to experience staying in such an interior. The views from the upper floors and suites are magnificent. Breakfast in the lounge area around the 30th floor was also beyond excellent; besides the standard offerings, they had capers, blue cheese, red fish, and more. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. The room had everything needed, including an ironing board and iron, neatly placed in the wardrobe area. The suites have two bathrooms, which is convenient for a larger family. The hotel also has several restaurants with Nile views. I enjoyed everything, and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located, service is top-notch 👍👍👍, the views from the window are amazing, and there's a free sauna. Breakfasts are delicious.
