Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis

Our child was so happy!!! The hotel has a rooftop pool, lounge area, and restaurant. We checked in and headed straight to the pool – it was clean, comfortable, with private sun loungers, a pleasant atmosphere, and the restaurant right there. We immediately decided we'd have dinner at the rooftop restaurant that night. It was atmospheric, comfortable, and delicious! And they even packed up our leftovers for us. In the evening, there was a saxophonist playing at reception – beautiful music! We arranged our transfer that evening, and when we came down a bit early in the morning, the car arrived quickly. Thank you so much! Overall, a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

Extremely loud music until 3 AM with heavy bass, making it impossible to sleep. It's surprising that this isn't mentioned more often in the reviews. There's also noise from the road. This was in rooms 528 and 529. Purely because of the noise, I have no desire to return. The room itself was clean, but all the furniture and appliances are old and definitely need renovation and updating. Breakfast was good; you won't go hungry.

The location is excellent, close to the hotel for short stays, and all tourist attractions are only half an hour away. The hotel is also very tidy.

Very, very beautiful and I highly recommend it. It's clean and lovely, and I'd repeat my stay at this hotel again.

Nice stay, but the service was really bad. I hope they improve the service, and I think this will be my last time here.

The staff are unhelpful and unprofessional unless you tip them. Even after a tip, they revert to their usual attitude, meaning they expect tips constantly to maintain a pleasant demeanor and polite service.
