I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful attention to detail. The location is perfect, close to everything yet peaceful. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. I truly felt relaxed and taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

Incredibly terrible customer service. As a 5 star hotel, this was not the attitude I expected. My flight got delayed so I went to sit at the lobby to wait for my flight. I had 2 men interrogated me in my face saying that I was not allowed to sit at the lobby when I literally just checked out today. The attitude was disgusting. I never knew the moment I checked out of my hotel room I cannot even sit at the lobby and the way the staff attitude can turn around on me like this. Was looking forward to this stay but now I felt disturbed and disgusted that I stayed here.

Everything was great – excellent service and a beautiful hotel, easily one of the best in Cairo. The only issue was the room was too cold; the AC only blew cold air, making it chillier and chillier, especially on a cool day.

This was the best hotel on my Egypt trip. However, it's still a far cry from luxury five-star hotels back home. The breakfast wasn't great; there was very little variety. Perhaps due to cultural differences, you have to order drinks from the waitstaff, which was a bit inconvenient. The funniest thing is that the person at the front desk here had the best English of anyone I met during my entire Egypt trip, haha.
