Holiday Inn & Suites CAIRO MAADI by IHG

This is a hotel where you can stay with peace of mind. I was surprised at how strict the security at the entrance was. The hotel staff were also very kind. The room was clean, the view was great, and the breakfast was delicious. It was a very satisfying hotel.

The hotel is beautiful, and I thank the receptionist, Mustafa, for the quick check-in.

First, the front desk service was chaotic. Despite repeatedly confirming upon check-in that six meals were included in the two rooms, we were told on our first visit that meals were not included for dinner, on our second visit that only one meal was included, and only on our third visit, accompanied by the front desk manager, were we allowed to eat. Second, the restaurant manager and supervisor were unfriendly to Asians. When seating us, a waiter initially led us to a normal table, but the restaurant manager forced us to sit at a table in the very corner. At the time, there were only two tables occupied in the entire restaurant. Despite my repeated confirmation, he firmly stated that that was the only table they had left, and we had no choice but to sit there. In short, I would not recommend staying here unless absolutely necessary, especially for tourists who do not speak English well.

The room was large and odorless, with a view of the Nile River.
