Great first impression when turned up then from there it just went downhill, Room wasn't ready till 3pm that was fine went to the pool area, very good kids area we had a 3 and 4 year old travelling with us, finally the room was ready we got in a golf buggy started travelling quite away from the main hotel to find a tower block, we was on the top floor and with no lift which we thought with this isn't going to be fun with 2 tired children everyday. Got in to the Room very tired and basic looking Rooms no way was this 4 star, we tried to ring reception to see if there was any Rooms on the ground or first floor avaliable to find the phone didn't even work. So we walked back up to reception about 10-15mins walk, spoke to reception and they were helpful and said nothing we can do today but when one comes avaliable we are happy to move you, Ok great! They rang my mobile and said in two days they have ground floor avaliable and it was in the block closer to the main hotel, brilliant! The day came they moved our luggage when we got there we were not infact closer but slightly further away, but we were on the ground floor although you still have steps to get up to the blocks so again not ideal for a buggy. Then we get to the room the key card didn't work, so once again a walk back to reception done the key and it worked, got into the room again very tired looking, cracks in the tiles, then we noticed the air con wasn't working so we called the reception and they said make sure all the doors were shut which we did, still didn't work. The reception said we would get maintenance out in the morning, so we all had a very hot sleepless night, the kids were frustrated we all were, but we carried on our day. Got back to the hotel instantly we could feel the air-con was working, great! Then went to have a shower and there was no hot water... rang reception AGAIN... they said the whole block has no hot water but the maintenance are working on it! So after 2 hours and still not hot water it was cold showers for us. By this point we thought surely there can't be anything else, we'll the next evening come back to our room and went to charge my phone and the chargers didn't work, no idea what was going on then the room next door knocked on our door and had the same problem they charger was black and smell of burning, there had been a issue with all the electrics, again rang the reception they said they will get someone to check, again had been a whole block issue, so for the remainder of the holiday I had no chargers, the desk said they would reimburse me for any damage good aslong as I could show they proof of purchase.... like seriously!!! So buy this point we said its not safe to stay in this room as clearly there is a ongoing issue with the electrics, they said im sorry there is no other Rooms available, so we had no choice but to stay, we notice that the microwave had also stopped working problemly with the faulty electrics so we asked if a new one could be replac
