All the staff have been very friendly throughout my stay. However the hotel is not what is expected of a 4 star.
Suits more to a 3 star.
The pool part is not bad. But the facilities show that they date from a few years ago.

The hotel staff are so friendly, on arrival we had blue champagne, lovely.. the rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily, the best shower in any hotel I've stayed in, the food was amazing! Very comfortable beds. The hotel even supply pool and beach towels, the beack is 4 mins walk away and the hotel is right next to lots of shops and restaurants. all the little touches from water left in my room to emergency sewing kit ..we will definitely be returning.

First time staying here everything has been perfect from start to end (we were breakfast only) the staff were lovely really and helpful, the pool area is immaculate lovely chilled vibe, rooms were very clean with maid service we stayed for 3 nights and had them come every day! we had a part sea view no problems with noise! Lots of options for breakfast! The location is perfect it’s a short walk to the marina and beach and about 30 second walk to Cala D’or centre it has everything you need around local shops / spar. We would certainly come back!

Six of us went to the Fido Tucan as we had been last year too, it was lovely to see some of the same staff were still there and they recognised us straight away. Staff are amazing, hotel is lovely and clean. Food was terrible this year, not sure what had changed but definitely want that bad last year. Everything was cold and tasteless. We did speak to the manager about this and he hopefully took the criticism and will put this right. Would we go back, yes definitely! Great surroundings and location. Please just sort the food out in the restaurant, pool snack bar was fantastic though.

We agree with many of the other reviews about how friendly and how hard the staff work they are all very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect position in the centre of Cala d’Or good shops are just a minutes walk away, lovely beach 100 mitres away from rear gate of hotel . Evening entertainment was brilliant , the food was good always something you could choose, but could have been warmer on some days! Overall a great place to stay!

Chose a third floor,odd number room to take advantage of afternoon sun and pool view.The advertised sea view room are not really worth the extra.Rooms are adequate and contain all necessary items even though a little on the small side. The staff are excellent as is the food.

Nice and clean hotel. Close to the center and close to the beach. The staff makes you feel welcome and a great yoga-teacher to do yoga at the beach! Nice pool and area to sit and a delicious breakfast with great choice! Possibility of taking a shower before we had to catch our transfer!

Lovely location, close to beach. Hotel staff fantastic. Hotel spotless. Would recommend the wine tasting about 10 minutes away, ask at reception. Only downside was hot food wasn’t as hot as we would have expected. Would definitely return.
