Are you recommending this hotel? And does Trip.com get a commission? The photo shows a bug coming out of the bed. And the shampoo bottle in the photo didn't lather even after using half of its capacity. They vacuumed in the hallway at 11 p.m. Plus, the staff were incredibly rude. I forgot to bring my phone charger, so when I asked for one, they said no. What kind of hotel doesn't even offer breakfast? Is this a 117,000 won hotel? No matter how bad the local hotel conditions in the Philippines are, this is just too much to bear. Did Trip.com conduct a local survey and then review the reviews before advertising? I was so pissed off that I was planning to get some sleep today, my day off, but I'm checking out at 8:30. Please stop advertising this hotel. This is so infuriating.
