The hotel is divine, the rooms are large, it has a golf course, a pool outside with a drinks bar and a heated one inside but very small, the food is excellent, every night there were some guys who provided the entertainment, one night dancing, very fun games It's in the middle of nowhere, you can't see a light at night but I had a great time.

An incredible environment. A hotel that promises more than what one receives. Spacious rooms without minibar, many maintenance details such as poorly painted walls, torn bedspreads, broken curtain, large bathroom. The last day there was no water to bathe. The common spaces were very spacious, with wonderful views, comfortable but dirty all day (bathrooms, pool area, hallways, spa). Although the food service is basic, there are details that disappoint you and that should be improved (plastic spoons, plastic cups, desserts made in disposable cups and with synthetic products, the food (was always cold), lack of cleanliness in tables, clean dishes with washing water. The bar area always has cafeteria service and pastry items to eat. Staff doing their best and well prepared but at times overwhelmed, the service could not be good (little staff). An incredible hotel to exploit and provide extraordinary service. Its surroundings and views are unique!! We stayed at Easter and they left us 3 Easter eggs in the room, a very nice detail and we appreciated it.

We visited the hotel on January 19, the place and surroundings are a postcard but the hotel is very run down. We had very stormy nights and it rained in the dining room and reception room so the cleaning staff placed buckets under the leaks. Very dirty common bathrooms, like the heated pool. The complex has very nice facilities but almost no maintenance. The gym is the most basic and without ventilation in the midst of a pandemic. The food is fine, only that, the great success is the quantity and variety of fruits that they offer at all times. A scandal at the pool bar that reuses long drink plastic cups and only rinses them with warm water, almost all of us end up with gastroenteritis and/or covid failing that. Adding more cleaning staff and improving some details would be a great option.

Since I bought the reservation for 5 days, I did not see a single positive comment and the truth is that we went with my family prepared for whatever comes... almost resigned. but we find the opposite to the comments. IT IS NOT AN ALL INCLUSIVE IN PUNTA CANA, it is from Cordoba Argentina and with the economy destroyed, they are looking for it to maintain the service of the 4 meals, they are not Gourmet but quite good. Drinks: Fenert Branca with Coca Cola, Campari, Gancia, Gin Tonic, Aperol, Piña Colada, among others... it has 3 bars, 2 outside and one inside the hotel. All the staff is very friendly, always available to the guest. If I have to rate it from 1 to 10, I give it a 7.5 with the possibility of 8, only minor details that deserve to destroy it and cause panic to the people who read the comments. Some maintenance is missing, but I think they will achieve it in the short term.

I was surprised by how huge the property and the hotel were, very good and cordial attention from everyone from the reception to the cleaning ladies, Marcelo, his manager, very cordial and attentive. The park is beautiful, not only the golf courses but everything, the pool, the solarium, not so much the heated pool that we did not use because the smell of chlorine was excessive, it was almost unbearable, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, also the bathroom, not there was a hair dryer, very good beds and spectacular sheets, bedspreads and pillows. It is all-inclusive very rich and varied in everything, from the pool to the very complete and varied coffee, Ruth's delicious chicken on the disc !!! Delicious. We'll be back soon and I highly recommend it.
