A very bad hotel. Bad smelling all over the hotel. Dirty rooms. Never washed bed sheets . I'm not recommending this hotel for any one.You can't expect a nice hotel from hotel pics.Hotel is very dirty , Bad smelling ,First of all this room woner behavior rude.

As told by other reviewers, the host is only available on phone (when i booked first, he had gone to hospital and i had to come back after an hour for checkin. Previously i had to purchase a lock as there is no door lock. This time, all the taps in the washroom was leaking incessantly and water stopped coming after some time in the taps when i needed. Last time, there was no power back up and i had to stay warding off mosquitoes without any emergency light and without any air. Overall, we can bring guests and nobody cares - utmostbprivacy

Ac deluxe rooms with attached bathroom and private balcony, also with a common swimming pool close to calangute market as well as beach. The electricity and water supply issues were poor due to some local technical problems which was beyond stay management. Overall above average experience for 2 days.
