Placed on the main street in this suburb and being an old, charming building the room (Arno to the street) was very noisy almost all night. Restaurant was unfortunately closed and we missed breakfast as leaving early for the airport. No coffee/Thea at the room and the fridge was broken… Italian plugs in the room (no charging plug).

I stayed with my grown up son. We shared a twin room which was very spacious.
The room and the en-suite were cleaned every day.
The breakfast each day was plentiful, tasty and high quality. Much more than we could eat?
All staff were polite and helpful. Were very patient with my son when he wanted to practice his Italian.
If we return to the area we would not hesitate to book again.

The location is very close to Pisa city. I loved the staff, breakfast and restaurant. Staff was so nice. The comfort of the room was the best on my trip. We were in Italy for a month and I still again, will say. This is the best property we stayed in. This property should be reached by car.

We stayed here only for one night but I wished we stayed longer. The property is so beautiful and very well decorated and well maintained. Our host was so friendly and amazing. She was very accommodating as we were running late to check in, she stayed an extra half hour for us to arrive. The breakfast is delicious and with many options to choose. We have stayed at 6 different places during our trip in Italy and this one was the best. We highly recommend it.

It is a beautiful b&b really close (about 10-15 mins) to several little villages and Pisa. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and the room was beautiful and so very comfortable

Amazing experience all around! The place is beautifully kept, the room was large and comfortable. Julietta was so kind and attentive to us, she made us feel like we were the only guests and took the time to make it very special. Highly recommend this place!

Pour la reception il n'y avait personne. Nous avons cherché dans la rue et enfin trouvé un personne, qui nous a diriger dans un magasin des bijoux, ou on a appelé la propietaire.
Restaurant pas disponible, ni bar, ni lounge.
La montagne on n'a pas vu. Parking compliqué dans la rue.

La struttura è stata una piacevole sorpresa.Prenotata x il Lucca comics essendo comoda per raggiungere appunto l' evento.Gentilissima la signora Giulietta ,la signora Halina e ottima la cucina dello chef Luca.La consiglio vivamente e spero di ritornarci

Struttura suggestiva in un piccolo centro abitato vicinissimo a Pisa; quindi assai utile come base per spostarsi poi in città. L’edificio, elegante e ben distribuito negli spazi, avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore vivacità imprenditoriale da parte della gestione, che non si presta molto facilmente a consigliare sui movimenti in città o sulle cose da fare o da vedere. Appena sufficienti le dotazioni da bagno, anche se la nostra doccia era grande e confortevole. Buona la colazione, con la presenza di cose fatte in casa. Sarebbe consigliabile l’inserimento di qualche ingrediente salato. Buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Abbastanza silenzioso, considerando che si trova nel cuore di un centro abitato e fiancheggiato da una strada statale.
